Abstract

Un aparato (100) para localizar un corte curvilíneo en un hueso que comprende un cuerpo de plantilla (102) y un primer brazo (104), un extremo superior del cual es acoplable de forma giratoria a una primera porción del cuerpo de plantilla en combinación con un segundo brazo, un extremo superior del cual es acoplable de forma giratoria a una segunda porción del cuerpo de plantilla separado de la primera porción y una guía de sierra (106) acoplable de forma giratoria al primer brazo, la cual guía de sierra incluye una superficie inferior que se extiende a lo largo de una curva correspondiente a un trayecto deseado a través del cual se va a cortar un hueso, la cual guía de sierra incluye una característica de entrabe que recibe un elemento de osteosíntesis el cual, en una configuración operativa, se monta en el hueso para alinear la guía de sierra con respecto al brazo de manera que un operador puede alinear con precisión un eje deseado de la guía de sierra con un eje longitudinal del primer brazo.
