Abstract

Se provee un cierre dispensador de acción basculante (10) para manipulación entre una orientación cerrada, no dispensadora, y una orientación abierta, dispensadora que es fácilmente ensamblada, resiste la apertura involuntaria y tiene una apariencia estética mejorada para cierres de formas variadas. El cierre incluye un actuador (50) montado de manera rotacional en una carcasa (14) por medio del cual la carcasa puede ser asegurada a un recipiente (200). El eje de rotación del actuador está dispuesto asimétricamente en la carcasa. El actuador tiene una pestaña trasera (55) con una bisagra articulable (57) que es más larga que la pestaña frontal (54). Cuando el cierre es montado aseguradamente en un recipiente, la porción (93) de la pestaña trasera por debajo de la bisagra contacta elásticamente el recipiente ayudando a evitar la apertura involuntaria del cierre.
