Abstract

1.- Un aparato soplador de granos caracterizado porque comprende: un motor; un tornillo del cual un extremo esta acoplado al motor, y así este transfiere y comprime el grano mientras que gira; una primera espiral del tornillo formada en la superficie circunferencial externa del tornillo en una cierta dirección; una segunda espiral del tornillo la cual está formada desde la porción central de un primer paso de rosca de la primera espiral del tornillo en la superficie circunferencial externa del tornillo y en la misma dirección que la primera espiral del tornillo; una unión de rosca que está formada en el otro extremo del tomillo y que conecta las roscas que forman el primer espiral del tornillo y el segundo espiral del tornillo; una ranura de tomillo que está formada en el otro extremo del tornillo, y está formada a lo largo de la dirección circunferencial del tornillo; un cilindro que rodea la superficie circunferencial exterior del tornillo y comprime el grano con el tornillo, y así es que este calienta el grano por la compresión y cambia el grano a un estado de gel; una primera y segunda espirales del cilindro que son formadas en la superficie circunferencial interior del cilindro, en correspondencia con la primera espiral del tornillo y la segunda espiral del tornillo, respectivamente; una unidad de entrada del grano formada en el extremo del motor del cilindro; y una unidad de soplado que vierte rápidamente los granos que son cambiados a un estado de gel por medio del tornillo y el cilindro de tal forma que sean soplados, en donde la unidad de soplado comprende: un cuerpo principal que comprende una primera porción del espacio que acomoda el otro extremo del tornillo y una segunda porción del espacio que acomoda el otro extremo del cilindro y parte del tornillo, y del cual un lado está abierto; una cubierta la cual cierra el lado abierto del cuerpo principal y en la cual una salida del grano está formada; y una abrazadera que fija la cubierta y el cuerpo principal.1.- A grain blower apparatus characterized in that it comprises: a motor; a screw from which one end is coupled to the motor, and thus it transfers and compresses the grain while it rotates; a first spiral of the screw formed on the outer circumferential surface of the screw in a certain direction; a second spiral of the screw which is formed from the central portion of a first thread passage of the first spiral of the screw in the outer circumferential surface of the screw and in the same direction as the first spiral of the screw; a thread joint that is formed at the other end of the thyme and that connects the threads that form the first spiral of the screw and the second spiral of the screw; a thyme groove that is formed at the other end of the screw, and is formed along the circumferential direction of the screw; a cylinder that surrounds the outer circumferential surface of the screw and compresses the grain with the screw, and so it heats the grain by compression and changes the grain to a gel state; a first and second cylinder spirals that are formed on the inner circumferential surface of the cylinder, in correspondence with the first spiral of the screw and the second spiral of the screw, respectively; a grain input unit formed at the end of the cylinder engine; and a blowing unit that quickly pours the grains that are changed to a gel state by means of the screw and the cylinder such that they are blown, wherein the blowing unit comprises: a main body comprising a first portion of the space that accommodates the other end of the screw and a second portion of the space that accommodates the other end of the cylinder and part of the screw, and of which one side is open; a cover which closes the open side of the main body and in which a grain outlet is formed; and a clamp that fixes the cover and the main body.
