Abstract

PURPOSE:To produce homogeneously mixed high-quality bread crumb, by rotating a pair of mutually intermeshed screws of a twin-screw extruder to the same directions, thereby performing the heat-generation, texturization and swelling of a bread crumb composition in a short time. CONSTITUTION:The objective apparatus for producing bread crumb from a material composed mainly of wheat flour, is furnished with a barrel 2 having a cavity with cocoon-shaped cross-section. の間に材料が充満しないと下流方向への材料運搬は困難
であり、従って軸方向バレルの途中で有用成分の注入は
不可能であるが、本発明の装置は材料の運搬、混合、圧
搾、剪断等の作用は全べて螺旋面の同方向回転中に行わ
