Abstract
1.- Una molécula de transporte para el suministro de una molécula de carga, en donde dicha molécula de transporte comprende un polipéptido de secuencia inversa que tiene una secuencia de aminoácido de acuerdo con la SEQ ID NO 1. 2.- La molécula de transporte de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, en donde el polipéptido de secuencia inversa se adhiere covalentemente a la molécula de carga. 3.- La molécula de transporte de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, en donde el polipéptido de secuencia inversa se une covalentemente a una estructura cargada positivamente que no se adhiere covalentemente a la molécula de carga. 4.- La molécula de transporte de acuerdo con la reivindicación 3, en donde el polipéptido de secuencia inversa se une covalentemente a una estructura cargada positivamente que no se une covalentemente a la molécula de carga. 5.- La molécula de transporte de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, en donde dicha molécula de transporte incrementa la penetración de la molécula de carga a través de una membrana biológica. 6.- La molécula de transporte de acuerdo con la reivindicación 5, en donde la membrana biológica se encuentra en la piel. 7.- La molécula de transporte de la reivindicación 1, en donde dicha molécula de transporte incrementa la penetración intracelular de la molécula de carga. 8.- Un conjugado para el suministro de una molécula de carga, dicho conjugado comprende una molécula de transporte que comprende un polipéptido de secuencia inversa que tiene una secuencia de aminoácido como se establece en la SEQ ID NO. 1; y una molécula de carga. 9.- El conjugado de acuerdo con la reivindicación 8, en donde dicha molécula de transporte se adhiere covalentemente a dicha molécula de carga. 10.- El conjugado de acuerdo con la reivindicación 8, en donde dicha molécula de transporte no se adhiere covalentemente a dicha molécula de carga. 11.- El conjugado de acuerdo con la reivindicación 8, en donde dicha molécula de carga es un agente terapéutico. 12.- El conjugado de acuerdo con la reivindicación 11, en donde dicho agente terapéutico se selecciona del grupo que consiste de péptidos, proteínas, oligonucleótidos, enzimas, y antígenos. 13.- El conjugado de acuerdo con la reivindicación 11, en donde dicho agente terapéutico se deriva de un serotipo de toxina botulinum o un fragmento de esta.
