Abstract

Un sistema de escape para motocicletas que comprende: un tubo de escape conectado a un orificio de escape de un motor,un catalizador de gases de escape dispuesto en el curso del tubo de escape para alojar el catalizador que convierta los gases de escape; y un silenciador conectado al extremo de aguas abajo del tubo de escape; donde el catalizador de gases de escape está dispuesto en una dirección longitudinal sustancialmente a lo largo de la dirección del ancho de la motocicleta, el silenciador está dispuesto, en su dirección longitudinal, sustancialmente a lo largo de la dirección hacia adelante y hacia atrás de la motocicleta; y la parte delantera del silenciador está dispuesta extendiéndose hacia adelante en la motocicleta y superponiéndose sobre el catalizador de gases de escape, cuando se lo observa desde un lateral.1 Un sistema de escape para motocicletas que comprende:un tubo de escape que tiene un extremo proximal y un extremo distal, dicho extremo proximal se adapta para ser conectado a un orificio de escape de un motor;un catalizador de gases de escape que tiene un extremo proximal y un extremo distal, dicho extremo distal de dicho tubo de escape se adapta para ser conectado al extremo proximal del catalizador de gases de escape; yun silenciador adaptado para conectarse al extremo distal del tubo de escape;dicho catalizador de gases de escape está dispuesto en la dirección longitudinal sustancialmente a lo largo de la dirección del ancho del vehículo de la motocicleta con el silenciador dispuesto en su dirección longitudinal sustancialmente a lo largo de la dirección hacia delante y hacia atrás de la motocicleta; yla parte delantera del silenciador está dispuesta extendiéndose hacia delante en la motocicleta y superponiéndose sobre el catalizador de gases de escape cuando se lo observa desde un lateral.
