Abstract

1.- Un proceso para la producción de 3-ciano-6-alcoxi-7-nitro-4-quinolona, caracterizado porque comprende: a) hacer reaccionar un antranilato sustituido de fórmula (I) con dimetilformamida dimetil acetal: donde R es un alquilo;para obtener un compuesto de fórmula (II): b) condensar el compuesto de fórmula (II) con el t-butilcianoacetato para obtener un compuesto de fórmula (III): c) hidrolizar el compuesto de fórmula (III) para producir el compuesto de fórmula (IV): d) descarboxilar el compuesto de fórmula (IV) hasta un compuesto de fórmula (V): ciclar el compuesto de fórmula (V) para obtener una 3-ciano-6-alcoxi-7nitro-4-quinolona de fórmula:
