Abstract
1.- Procedimiento para la obtención de una poliamida que contiene pigmentos de dióxido de titanio, caracterizado porque se dispersan pigmentos de dióxido de titanio en una mezcla de partida que contiene agua y caprolactama mediante un dispositivo,cuyo dispositivo presenta: una cámara de dispersión, un rotor discoidal dispuesto en esta cámara de dispersión, un estator con orificios radiales, que está dispuesto en la cámara de dispersión en conexión con el rotor, una entrada de producto en cada lado del rotor, cuyas dos entradas tienen, preferentemente, cada vez una sección de canal axial tal, que las dos corrientes de producto sean reunidas en la región del borde exterior del disco rotor, y una salida de producto en el borde exterior de la zona de dispersión de la cámara de dispersión,en donde los pigmentos de dióxido de titanio son alimentados por una de las entradas de producto mencionadas y la mezcla de partida, que contiene agua y caprolactama, es alimentada por la otra de la entradas de producto en la cámara de dispersión, obteniéndose una mezcla de producto, que contiene agua, caprolactama y el pigmento de dióxido de titanio usado por vía de la salida de producto,yla mezcla de producto es polimerizada en una poliamida que contiene pigmentos de dióxido de titanio.2.- Procedimiento según la reivindicación 1, en donde la mezcla de partida contiene adicionalmente un dispersante.3.- Procedimiento según la reivindicación 1 o la reivindicación 2, en donde se elimina agua de la mezcla de producto antes o durante la polimerización.
