Abstract
1. Compuestos de fórmula general (I),<EMI FILE="00054512_1" ID="1" IMF=JPEG >en la cualR1 es hidrógeno o alcanoílo (C1.C6),R2 es alquilo (C1-C6), que está sustituido con un grupo heterocíclico saturado de 5 a 6 elementos con uno a tres heteroátomos de la serie O, S, o, N que eventualmente también puede estar unido por el átomo de N, oR2 es un grupo de fórmulas<EMI FILE="00054512_2" ID="2" IMF=JPEG >R4 representa alquilo (C1 - C6), que eventualmente puede estar sustituido con amino, alcoxi (C1 - C6) carbonilamino, halógeno o un grupo heterocíclico saturado de 5 a 6 elementos con uno a tres heteroátomos de la serie O, S, o N, que eventualmente también puede estar unido por el átomo de N, un grupo heterocíclico aromático de 5 a 6 elementos con uno a tres heterátomos de la serie O, S o N, cicloalquilo (C3 - C7), alcoxi (C1 - C6) carbonilo o -NR9R10, en la que R9 y R10 son iguales o diferentes y cada uno representa hidróggeno, alquilo (C1 - C6) , que eventualmente puede estar sustituido con uno a tres sustituyentes seleccionados entre halógeno, hidroxi, carboxilo y alcoxi (C1 - C6) , alquilo (C7 - C20) o fenilo, que eventualmente está sustituido con carboxilo, oR9 y R10 junto con el átomo de nitrógeno al que están unidos, forman un anillo saturado o insaturado con hasta 7 átomos de carbono cuyos átomos de carbono del anillo pueden estar eventualmente reemplazados por 1 ó 2 restos seleccionados entre el grupo compuesto por O, S, S=O, C=O y N-R11, en la que R11 representa hidrógeno o alquilo (C1 - C6) , R5 representa alquilo (C1 - C8), que eventualmente puede estar sustituido con -CF3, -C2F5 o con un grupo heterocíclico saturado de 5 a 6 elementos con uno a tres heteroátomos de la serie O, S, o N, que eventualmente también puede estar unido mediante el átomo de N, cicloalquilo (C3 - C7) o -NR12R13 ,en la que R12 y R13 son iguales o diferentes y cada uno representa alquilo (C1 - C6)- 2 -R12 y R13 junto con el átomo de nitrógeno al que están unidos, forman un anillo saturado o insaturado con hasta 6 átomos de carbono, cuyos átomos de carbono del anillo pueden estar reemplazados eventualmente por 1 ó 2 restos seleccionados entre el grupo compuesto por O, S, S=O, C=O y N - R14 , en la que R14 representa hidrógeno o alquilo (C1 - C6) , R6 representa R15 -OCH2CH2OCH2CH2- , en la que R15 es alquilo (C1 - C6), representa un grupo heterocíclico saturado de 5 a 6 elementos con uno a tres heteroátomos de la serie O, S, o N, que eventualmente también puede estar unido mediante el átomo de N, y eventualmente sustituido con alquilo (C1 - C6) o representa alquilo (C1 - C6), que eventualmente puede estar sustituido con hidroxi, alcoxi (C1 - C6), un grupo de heterocíclico saturado, insaturado o aromático de 5 a 6 elementos, con uno a tres heteroátomos de la serie O, S, o N, que eventualmente también puede estar unido mediante el átomo de N,R7 es alquilo (C1 - C6),R8 es amino, mono o dialquil (C1 - C6) amino, oR1 y R2 junto con el átomo de nitrógeno al que están unidos forman un anillo saturado con hasta 6 átomos de carbono, cuyos átomos de carbono del anillo pueden estar reemplazados eventualmente por 1 ó 2 restos seleccionados entre el grupo compuesto por O, S, S=O, C=O y N-R16, en la que R16 representa hidrógeno, alquilo (C1-C6), que eventualmente puede estar sustituido con halógeno, o alcanoílo (C1-C6), que eventualmente puede estar sustituido con 1 a 3 átomos de halógeno, y donde el anillo puede estar condensado con un anillo de fenilo,oR1 y R2 pueden ser ambos hidrógeno, si A o D representa alquil (C1-C6) sulfonilo,R3 representa<EMI FILE="00054512_3" ID="3" IMF=JPEG >en las queR17 representa alquilo(C1-C6), que eventualmente está sustituido una a tres veces de forma igual o diferente con hidroxi, halógeno o alcoxi (C1-C4) carbonilo,A, D, E y G son iguales o diferentes y representan hidrógeno, halógeno, nitro, ciano, hidroxi, carboxilo, trifluorometilo, trifluorometoxi o alquilo (C1-C6), alcoxi (C1-C6), alcanoiloxi (C1-C6), alcoxi (C1-C6) carbonilo o alquil (C1-C6) sulfonilo, y sus sales.
