Abstract

Un artículo absorbente con una región de cintura frontal, una región de cintura trasera, una línea central longitudinal y una línea central lateral perpendicular a dicha línea central longitudinal, el artículo absorbente comprende: un armazón que tiene una zona de recolección de orina dispuesta en por lo menos una porción de dicha región de cintura frontal y una zona de recolección de heces dispuesta en por lo menos una porción de dicha región de cintura trasera; dicho armazón incluye: un primer ensamble absorbente, por lo menos una porción de dicho primer ensamble absorbente localizado en dicha zona de recolección de orina; un segundo ensamble absorbente, por lo menos una porción de dicho segundo ensamble absorbente localizado en dicha zona de recolección de heces; un elemento de ajuste no absorbente uniendo de manera ajustable dicho primer ensamble absorbente y dicho segundo ensamble absorbente de tal manera que dicho primer ensamble absorbente y dicho segundo ensamble absorbente sean movibles uno con relación a otro en por lo menos una dirección paralela a dicha línea central longitudinal. El artículo absorbente de la reivindicación 1 en donde dicho armazón incluye una hoja superior y una hoja posterior unida a dicha hoja superior, dicho primer ensamble absorbente y dicho segundo ensamble absorbente están localizados entre dicha hoja superior y dicha hoja posterior. El artículo absorbente de la reivindicación 2, en donde dicha hoja superior comprende una o más perforaciones en por lo menos dicha zona de recolección de heces.
