Abstract

La presente invención se relaciona con recipientes paradirigir análisis de aglutinación que comprenden: a) una cámara superior que tiene una abertura para recibir fluidos reactivos; b) una cámara inferior dispuesta para recibir fluido desde la cámara superior y que contiene una matriz para separar aglutinados; y c) una barrera separadora de la cámara superior y la cámara inferior y que tiene medios para retener el fluido en la cámara superior bajo condiciones atmosféricas y de gravedad normales, mientras permite el paso del fluido desde la cámara superior a la cámara inferior bajo presión superior a la presión atmosférica, dicha barrera comprendiendo una configuración espiral. Forros o revestimientos para prevenir la contaminación por el cruce del reactivo o solución desde una columna de un estuche de análisis de aglutinación a otra columna de dicho estuche, donde dicho revestimiento o forro comprende un cuerpo con por lo menos un miembro cónico dependiente de aquél, donde dicho miembro cónico tiene una apertura de un ápice angosto, y donde dicho miembro cónico tiene un medio sellante localizado en una posición espaciada desde dicho ápice angosto.
