Abstract

Una mezcla seca para utilizar en la elaboración de una bebidaparcialmente derretida que congelada, cuando se combina con agua o leche, dicha mezcla contiene de 2 a 8% por peso de hidrocoloide de baja viscosidad y soluble en agua, de 70.-95% por peso de disacáridos y sacáridos superiores y de 0.20% por peso de monosacáridos y alcoholes sacarosos. 1La mezcla seca de la Reivindicación 1 con una formulación tal que cuando la mezcla se disuelve en agua al 15% de nivel de sólidos, el líquido que resulta tiene un punto de fusión inicial de entre -6.5 a 1.0°C y una viscosidad a 14.7°C, de entre 1 a 15 mPas.
