Abstract

Una mezcla seca para preparar una bebida de granizado. La mezclacontiene al menos 2% de hidrocoloide de baja viscosidadsoluble en agua, y contiene preferiblemente partículas insolubles para funcionar como agentes nucleantes de cristales de hielo, una cantidad departículas insolubles con un tamano medio de partículas de 6 micras o menos y efectivas como un agente nucleante de cristales de hielo, y al menos 70% enpeso de disacáridos y sacáridos superiores y menos de 20% en peso de monosacáridos y alcoholes de azúcar.
