UN METODO PARA FABRICAR UNA MEZCLA INCLUYENDO CEMENTO, AGUA Y AGREGADO DONDE LAS PROPORCIONES DEL CEMENTO, AGUA Y AGREGADO ESTAN DETERMINADAS DE ACUERDO CON UN PROCEDIMIENTO DE OPTIMACION DE DI- SENO QUE RESULTA EN UNA MEZCLA CEMENTOSA QUE TIENE LA RESISTENCIA Y ASENTAMIENTO DESEADOS SIN EL USO DE PRUEBAS DE ENSAYO-ERROR, COMPRENDIENDO EL METO- DO LOS PASOS DE: (a) SELECCIONAR UNA RESISTENCIA Y UN ASENTAMIENTO DESEADOS PARA LA MEZCLA CEMENTOSA; (b) SELECCIONAR EL TIPO DE CEMENTO Y AGREGADO QUE HABRAN DE UTILIZARSE EN LA MEZCLA CEMENTOSA; (c) IMPLEMENTAR UN PROCEDIMIENTO DE OPTIMACION DE DISENO QUE DETERMINE LAS PROPORCIONES DEL TIPO SE- LECCIONADO DE CEMENTO, AGREGADO Y AGUA RESULTANDO EN LA MEZCLA CEMENTOSA QUE TIENE LA RESISTENCIA Y EL ASENTAMIENTO DESEADOS, INCLUYENDO EL PROCEO DE OPTIMACION DE DISENO LOS SIGUIENTES PASOS: (i) DETERMINAR DE FORMA EMPIRICA EL DIAMETRO PRO- MEDIO DEL TAMANO DE CADA UNO DE LOS TIPOS SELEC- CIONADOS DE CEMENTO Y AGREGADO; (ii) DETERMINAR DE FORMA EMPIRICA DE EMPAQUETAMIENTO PARA CADA UNO DE LOS TIPOS SELECCIONADOS DE CEMENTO Y AGREGADO; (iii) SELECCIONAR UNA PRIMERA MEZCLA QUE TENGA PROPORCIONES DEL TIPO SELECCIONADO DE CEMENTO Y AGREGADO QUE PREVENGAN LA SEGREGACION; (iv) DETER- MINAR DE UN PRIMER MODELO MATEMATICO UNA DENSIDAD DE EMPAQUETAMIENTO PARA LA PRIMERA MEZCLA QUE TEN- GA PROPORCIONES DEL TIPO SELECCIONADO DE CEMENTO Y AGREGADO QUE PREVENGAN LA SEGREGACION; (iv) DETER- MINAR DE UN PRIMER MODELO MATEMATICO UNA DENSIDAD DE EMPAQUETAMIENTO PARA LA PRIMERA MEZCLA, ESTANDO BASADO EL PRIMER MODELO MATEMATICO EN EL DIAMETRO DEL TAMANO PROMEDIO Y EN LA DENSIDAD DE EMPAQUETA- MIENTO PARA CADA TIPO SELECCIONADO DE CEMENTO Y A- GREGADO; (v) DETERMINAR A PARTIR DE UN SEGUNDO MO- DELO MATEMATICO UNA CANTIDAD MINIMA DE AGUA REQUE- RIDA PARA PROPORCIONAR A LA PRIMERA CLASE EL ASEN- TAMIENTO DESEADO (vi) DETERMINAR A PARTIR DE UN TERCER MODELO MATEMATICO UNA RESISTENCIA CALCULADA PARA LA PRIMERA MEZCLA COMBINADA CON LA MINIMA CANTIDAD DE AGUA DETERMINADA EN EL PASO (v); (iv) DETERMINAR DE UN PRIMER MODELO MATEMATICO UNA DENSIDAD DE EMPAQUETAMIENTO PARA LA PRIMERA MEZCLA ESTANDO BASADO EN EL PRIMER MODELO MATEMATICO EN EL DIAMETRO DEL TAMANO PROMEDIO Y EN LA DENSIDAD DE EMPAQUETAMIENTO PARA CADA TIPO SELECCIONADO DE CEMENTO Y AGREGADO;
