Abstract

Se proporcionan plantas transgénicas con color de flor azul, o su progenie endogámica o exogámica, o sus propágulos, cuerpos vegetales parciales, tejidos o células. Un gen de C-glucosiltransferasa (CGT) derivado del trigo sarraceno o su homólogo se transfiere a una planta huésped para hacer que las antocianinas tipo delfinidina y los mono-C-glucósidos de flavona estén presentes conjuntamente en las células vegetales.
