Abstract

RESUMEN En la presente descripción se describe una grasa cristalina que comprende una densidad de polvo que varía de aproximadamente 0,04 g/ml a aproximadamente 0,40 g/ml a temperatura ambiente y al menos 50 % de las partículas tienen un tamaño de partícula que varía de 10 a 50 µm de diámetro. También, en la presente descripción se describe una grasa alimentaria que comprende grasa cristalina que tiene una densidad de polvo que varía de aproximadamente 0,04 g/ml a aproximadamente 0,40 g/ml a temperatura ambiente y al menos 50 % de las partículas tienen un tamaño de partícula que varía de 3 a 60 µm de diámetro, y un aceite líquido; en donde la grasa cristalina varía de aproximadamente 25 % en peso a aproximadamente 99,9 % en peso y el aceite líquido varía de aproximadamente 0,1 % en peso a aproximadamente 75 % en peso.
