Abstract
La invención se clasifica como un método fisicoquímico de tratamiento de aguas naturales y residuales y puede utilizarse en las industrias de ingeniería energética, química, petroquímica, alimentaria y otras, especialmente en el tratamiento de aguas de procesos, domésticas, de precipitación, minería, yacimientos petrolíferos, de agua cantera y agua de depósitos de decantación de residuos. El propósito de la invención es mejorar el tratamiento de aguas naturales y residuales, aumentar la capacidad de un filtro a presión de lecho móvil y también asegurar una alta eficiencia de la limpieza del lecho móvil. El resultado técnico es la expansión del rango de aplicación del filtro a presión de lecho móvil, lo que garantiza una alta eficiencia de tratamiento tanto del agua natural poco contaminada como de las aguas residuales altamente contaminadas. Este resultado se obtiene debido al uso de etapas adicionales de tratamiento químico durante el tratamiento del agua (agente oxidante, des-emulsionante, absorbente de polvo), el uso de varios tipos de reactor de floculación a presión, granos para lecho móvil simple y doble, que tienen diferentes composiciones y densidad de grano, el rendimiento de la limpieza en cuatro etapas del lecho móvil, el uso de un filtro a presión de lecho móvil de doble flujo, así como debido al uso del reactor de floculación de presión adicional seguido de la eliminación de la contaminación severa con el uso de un hidrociclón presurizado.
