Abstract
La invención se clasifica como un método fisicoquímico de tratamiento de agua natural y residual, y puede utilizarse en la industria de la ingeniería de energía, química, petroquímica, alimentaria y otras, especialmente en el tratamiento del agua procesada, doméstica, de precipitación, de minería, de yacimiento, de cantera, y agua de embalses de relave. El propósito de la invención es mejorar el tratamiento del agua natural y residual, para aumentar la capacidad de un filtro de presión del lecho móvil y también asegurar una alta eficiencia de limpieza del lecho móvil. El resultado técnico es la expansión del rango de aplicación del filtro de presión del lecho móvil, y asegurar una alta eficiencia en el tratamiento tanto de agua natural poco contaminada y agua residual altamente contaminada. Este resultado se obtiene debido al uso de etapas adicionales de tratamiento químico durante el tratamiento del agua (agente oxidante, demulsificador, polvo absorbente), el uso de varios tipos de reactores de floculación a presión, granos para un lecho móvil simple y doble, los cuales tienen una distinta composición y densidad de granos, la realización de una limpieza en cuatro etapas del lecho móvil, el uso de un filtro de presión de lecho móvil de doble flujo, además del uso de presión adicional por un reactor de floculación, seguido de la extracción de contaminación severa con el uso de un hidrociclón presurizado.
