Abstract
Una variación de un método para la conversión de llantas en negro de carbón recuperado y granulado incluye: empalmar un conjunto de llantas en un volumen de segmentos de hule de llanta, en donde el conjunto de llantas se selecciona de un grupo que comprende una llanta agrícola, una llanta comercial y una llanta para pasajeros; despolimerizar térmicamente el volumen de segmentos de hule de llanta en un volumen de material carbonoso en un reactor pirolítico; triturar el volumen de material carbonoso; retirar del volumen de material carbonoso los aglomerados mayores que el diámetro máximo del aglomerado; mezclar el volumen de material carbonoso con un agente aglutinante durante un primer intervalo dentro de un mezclador, en donde el mezclador induce la formación de un conjunto de gránulos de un rango de diámetros de gránulo; secar el conjunto de gránulos dentro de un secador hasta un contenido de humedad particular y retirar del conjunto de gránulos un primer subconjunto de gránulos más grandes que el tamaño máximo de gránulo.
