Abstract

En la presente invención se describe un procedimiento para preestablecer contactos de una cuenta de mensajería instantánea y preestablecer una libreta de direcciones de acuerdo con una relación de mensajería entre roles, que incluye: crear roles en un sistema, en el que durante el mismo período, un rol solo puede estar relacionado con un único usuario, mientras que un usuario está relacionado con uno o más roles; un usuario corresponde a un empleado y un empleado corresponde a un usuario; establecer una relación entre un usuario/un empleado y una cuenta de mensajería instantánea, en el que un usuario/un empleado está relacionado con una cuenta de mensajería instantánea, y una cuenta de mensajería instantánea está relacionada con un usuario/un empleado; y establecer una relación de mensajería entre un rol de mensajería y un rol de mensaje de acuerdo con el contenido de trabajo de los roles en el sistema. En la presente invención, los contactos relacionados con el trabajo del empleado están preestablecidos para la cuenta de mensajería instantánea relacionada con el empleado, de modo que el empleado pueda lograr una comunicación rápida y eficaz a través de la cuenta de mensajería instantánea; una libreta de direcciones compuesta de información de comunicación de los empleados relacionada con el trabajo del empleado está preestablecida para el empleado, de modo que el empleado pueda encontrar rápidamente, a través de la libreta de direcciones, la información de comunicación de los empleados con los que debe ponerse en contacto.
