Abstract
Un dispositivo para medir la velocidad de flujo de un fluido que comprende. El dispositivocomprende un elemento de calentamiento, una carcasa, y un detector. El elemento de calentamientoestá situado en un interior de la mencionada carcasa, la cual carcasa define un primer trayecto térmico del elemento de calentamiento a una primera región de un exterior de ¡a carcasa y un segundo trayecto térmico del elemento de calentamiento a una segunda región del exterior de la carcasa. El detectorestá configurado para detectar una propiedad asociada con la transferencia de calor del elemento de calentamiento al exterior de la carcasa. El primer trayecto térmico tiene una primera conductividad térmica y el segundo trayecto térmico tiene una segunda conductividad térmica. La primera conductividad térmica es mayor que la segunda conductividad térmica. La primera región del exterior de la carcasa es más pequeña que la segunda región del exterior de la carcasa.
