Abstract

La presente invención, en una realización, es una composición en polvo que incluye 20% a 80% en peso de una mezcla de triglicéridos y 15% a 75% en peso de una mezcla de sal. La mezcla de triglicéridos, con base en el contenido total de ácidos grasos de la mezcla de triglicéridos, incluye: 5% a 55% de contenido de ácido láurico, 2% a 30% de contenido de ácido mirístico, 6% a 45% de contenido de ácido palmítico, y 2% a 25% de contenido de ácido esteárico; 15% a 45% de contenido de ácido oleico, 15% o menos de contenido de ácido linoleico, 10% o menos de contenido de ácido linolénico; y menos del 2% de ácidos grasos trans; en donde, la mezcla de sal comprende, al menos 90% en peso de cloruro de sodio, con base en el peso total de la mezcla de sal y el resto incluye al menos uno de citrato de sodio, citrato disódico, tartrato monosódico o tartrato disódico
