Abstract

a presente invenção, em uma modalidade, é uma composição em pó que compreende 20% em peso a 80% em peso de uma mistura de triglicerídeos e 15% em peso a 75% em peso de uma mistura de sal. a mistura de triglicerídeos compreende: 5% a 55% de conteúdo de ácido láurico, 2% a 30% de conteúdo de ácido mirístico, 6% a 45% de conteúdo de ácido palmítico, e 2% a 25% de conteúdo de ácido esteárico; 15% a 45% de conteúdo de ácido oleico, 15% ou menos de conteúdo de ácido linoleico, 10% ou menos conteúdo de ácido linoleico; e menos de 2% de ácidos graxos trans; em que a mistura de sal compreende, no mínimo 90% em peso de cloreto de sódio, com base no peso total da mistura de sal e o resto compreende no mínimo um de citrato de sódio, citrato dissódico, tartarato monossódico ou tartarato dissódico.
