Abstract

RESUMEN La invención se relaciona con un dispositivo de cocción (1) que comprende un recipiente moldeado (10) hecho de aleación fundida de aluminio. De acuerdo con la invención, la aleación fundida de aluminio comprende por lo menos 94.5% en peso de aluminio y un contenido acumulado de entre 4 y 5% en peso de los siguientes elementos: silicio, manganeso, magnesio, níquel. El recipiente (10) es por lo menos parcialmente anodizado, el grosor de la capa anodizada del recipiente (10) es mayor o igual a 25 µm. La invención también se relaciona con un artículo de cocina o un aparato eléctrico de cocción que comprende un recipiente de cocción con dichas características.
