Description

本实用新型涉及一种筛板,用于制盐,化肥等化工生产的离心机上。
国内现有的制盐、化肥等化工厂用的国产离心机均用国产不锈钢筛条组合成网,使用时泄漏量大且不耐磨;进口的离心机使用不锈钢筛板,价格高昂且需外汇。耐蚀、耐磨、价廉的表面渗硼的离心机用筛板,国内外都没出现过。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种耐蚀性强、耐磨性高的表面渗硼的筛板,以满足制盐、化肥等化工生产需要。
本实用新型的技术要点是在铣制的碳钢或不锈钢的筛板底坯上进行表面渗硼处理而成。
国外产的不锈钢筛板,表层显微硬度为200H.V。渗硼的离心机用筛板,其底坯为碳钢者,表层显微硬度为1300H.V;其底坯为不锈钢者,表层显微硬度为1500H.V。本实用新型的渗硼筛板与国外产的不锈钢筛板相比,表层显微硬度是它的6.5~7.5倍。用36%浓盐酸作耐蚀性试验,室温下24小时,不锈钢(1铬18镍9钛)腐蚀减量为432.24毫克/厘米2;渗硼的碳钢腐蚀减量为1.95毫克/厘米2;渗硼的不锈钢腐蚀减量为8.40毫克/厘米2。渗硼以后比国外单纯不锈钢者耐蚀性提高50~200多倍。对比之下可看出,渗硼的离心机用筛板耐磨性、耐蚀性有较大的提高,故此可逐渐取代国内不锈钢条状筛网和国外不锈钢筛板,而用于国内的化工工业上。

实现本实用新型的实施例可以采用多种方式,各种方式取得的效果是相近的。关键在于表面渗硼层〔1〕和铣制的碳钢或不锈钢筛板底坯〔2〕。可以选择两种钢中的一种,铣制筛板底坯,也可以选择不同的表面强化方法。但最好的方式是用碳钢铣制成筛板底坯,然后进行表面渗硼。
