本实用新型是关于磁化电热水龙头。其技术特征在于:内外发热碗制造安装成垂直立式结构,外发热碗热水出口用两个,且内外发热碗用SUS304-2B进口板或镍板制造,其它部分用高分子塑料制造,适当部位加入强磁磁环。这样,水在内部流动无死角,出水冷热均匀,电接触良好,无结垢,且有水磁化功能,造价也不高。

本实用新型是关于磁化电热水龙头。
现有的电热水龙头由于内外发热碗采用卧式结构,外发热碗热水出口只有一个。这样,从动态讲,一方面自来水在内部流动容易出现热水死角,另一方面外发热碗热水出口在流量较大时出水冷热不均,加之内外发热碗用普通铁制造,时间长了容易结垢和生锈,造成接触不良,使用寿命也不长。
本实用新型的目的是将电热水龙头内外发热碗制造安装成垂直立式结构,外发热碗热水出口用两个,且内外发热碗用合金不锈钢或镍板制造,再使水磁化。
本实用新型的任务是以如下方式完成的:用高分子塑料通过模具制造成可以放置内外发热碗(立式结构)的水龙头(管径及罗纹尺寸执行水龙头国家标准)。内外发热碗用不锈钢板或镍板通过冲压而成,适当部位放置强磁磁环,各部件联结采用罗纹结构并用防水垫圈。
本实用新型是一种磁化电热水龙头,同现有技术相比,它的特点和优点是:内外发热碗制造安装成垂直立式结构,外发热碗热水出口用两个,这样水在内部流动,自来水从底部进入内外发热碗之间,发热后源源不断地均匀上升并从两个出水口流出。内外发热碗用合金不锈钢或镍板制造,不生锈,不易结垢,出水冷热均匀,且具备了水磁化功能。
以下结合附图作进一步说明:图为磁化电热水龙头通电加热部分剖面示意图,其中1为主体,用来固定内外发热碗,强磁磁环,电源线,2为强磁材料制成的磁环,3为内发热碗底部开一φ5孔,4为外发热碗,距上口向下8mm处开对称二个φ3孔,5为热水出水口,与标准塑料水龙头连接。
在附图实施中,内发热碗(3)、外发热碗(4)垂直放置,且与热水出水口(5)垂直,主体(1)内腔放置一磁环(2)。主体(1)用ABS工程塑料757制造,内发热碗(3)、外发热碗(4)用SUS304-2B进口板或镍板冲压成型,接口处加防水垫圈。

1、磁化电热水龙头,其特征是:内发热碗(3)、外发热碗(4)垂直放置,且与热水出水口(5)垂直,主体(1)内腔放置一磁环(2)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的磁化电热水龙头,其特征是:内发热碗(3)、外发热碗(4)用进口SUS304-2B板或镍板制造较好。
