本实用新型属热交换器。
目前遍及全国的小化肥厂均以生产碳酸氢铵为主,碳铵工艺中单元设备碳化塔的冷却水箱,一般采用U型换热管,用孔板支撑的结构形式。换热管的材料采用碳钢、纯铝或铝镁合金。这种冷却水箱作为碳铵工艺流程的单元冷却设备极易受塔内介质的腐蚀和磨蚀,寿命很短,长的一年,短则几个月就得更换,损耗太大。若以不锈钢置换碳钢材料,价格昂贵。现有的孔板支撑结构太复杂。
根据上述现有技术存在的缺点,本实用新型提供一种渗铝钢管碳化塔冷却水箱。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案实施。它由箱体、U形管、管板和支撑构成。所述箱体内设渗铝钢管,呈U形状,所述U形管用渗铝钢制的支撑栅固定,U形管一端与渗铝钢板胀接。
本实用新型的优点是采用渗铝钢材,价格低,使整台水箱成本降低(铝镁合金水箱的1/2),而寿命却可提高一倍以上,且传热效果也优于现有使用的水箱。

本实用新型结合附图进一步说明如下:渗铝钢管碳化塔冷却水箱由箱体、U形管1、管板3和支撑栅2构成。所述箱体内设U形状渗铝钢管1,所述U形管用栅状(图2)渗铝钢支撑栅2支撑,U形管一端与渗铝钢板3胀接。
