Abstract

一种全塑船,其船体由以PE塑料为主要原料、添加部分添加剂填充部分其它填充剂变成改性性塑料经塑料旋转成型加工工艺加工而成。船体分塑料外表面层、纤维中性层,塑料内表面层和局部发泡层。再进行配件组装,制成了全塑船。该船具有吸水性小,轻便、耐冲击、耐腐蚀、使用寿命长、制造工艺简单、成本低等优点,成为一种新型的水上交通工具。

Description

全塑船
本发明属于船舶制造技术领域。
现有内河、湖泊、沿海滩涂的运输工具、渔民养殖用的运载工具,一般都是木结构、钢结构、水泥结构、玻璃钢结构船。全塑船与现有各种结构船相比优点为:
一、全塑船吸水性小、不腐烂,而木船吸水性大,易于腐烂破损。
二、全塑船同钢结构船、水泥结构船在相同容量比中,船体轻,运载量大。
三、全塑船同水泥结构船和玻璃钢结构船比,由于全塑船为综合结构层构成船体,因而具有船体韧性强,耐冲力值大的优点。
四、全塑船具有钢结构船所不具有的耐盐、碱、酸腐蚀性强优点。
五、全塑船具有其他结构船所不具有的整体性好、成本低、加工简便、原料充足、外型美观、易于推广使用等优点。
本发明创造的目的,是提供一种新型材料制造的全塑结构船,它代替原长九米、载重五点五吨以下的木结构船、钢结构船、水泥结构船、玻璃钢结构船,使其满足现有船舶所不具有的优点。
本发明创造的内容是:以PE塑料为主要原料,添加部分添加剂和填料变成改性塑料,然后投进由金属制成的容器式船型模具内,经旋转加温200℃-400℃熔融后,形成船体表面层。同理,以PE塑料为主要原料,添加部分添加剂,再填充10%-50%的玻璃短纤维或石棉短纤维,经旋转加温,形成复合在表面层上的一层纤维层,同理以PE塑料为主要原料,添加部分添加剂和填料变成改性塑料,经旋转加温,形成复合在纤维层上的一层内表面层,从而制成全塑船体。然后在40℃以下温度进行脱膜。并在船体底部和其他有关部位的壳板夹层腔内进行填充塑料发泡,这样经过一整套塑料旋转成型加工工艺,以及塑料发泡加工工艺就制造成全塑船体,再将零部件与船体组装配套,成为全塑船。
本发明创造具有吸水性小而轻、强韧、耐冲击、耐腐蚀、整体性好、使用寿命长、制造工艺简单、制造成本低等优点。

图1中以小艇(5)为例,塑料外表面层(6),纤维中性层(7)、塑料内表面层(8)、局部发泡层(9)构成船体。
参照图2。将以PE塑料为主的原料投进由金属制成的容器模具(1)内,经过旋转成型机(2)驱动模具(1)在摇摆架(3)上作旋转与上下倾斜运动,倾斜角度在0-40度之间。在双排火焰喷嘴(4)的加温下,使其模具内含以PE塑料为主的原料均匀地挂复在模具内层构成船体外表面层。同理,复合形成纤维中性层,船体内表面层。这三层复合成一体成为一综合层,从而制成了全塑船体。再经过低于40℃的冷却下脱膜、塑料发泡、配件组装,制成了全塑船。

Claims (2)

1、一种全塑船,其特征在于
a塑料外表面层(6)是由PE塑料为主要原料、添加部份添加剂和填料变成改性塑料组成,纤维中性层(7)是由PE塑料为主要原料,添加部份添加剂充填部分玻璃短纤维或石棉短纤维组成塑料内表面层(8)是由PE塑料为主要原料、添加部份添加剂和填料变成改性塑料组成,局部发泡层(9)是塑料发泡填充壳报夹层腔形成,
b船体(5)由塑料外表面层(6)、纤维中性层(7)、塑料内表面层(8)、局部发泡层(9)一次整体构成。
2、根据权利要求1所述的全塑船,其特征在于纤维中性层(7)中玻璃短纤维或石棉短纤维的充填量最好在10%~50%。
