Abstract
一种密闭式混炼机装备了带常规的左、右螺旋但是增大了直径的转子18,20。这些大一点的转子的尖端的交叠的旋转轨迹是这样使排放门形成一个锐三角尖61,保证当混炼低弹性和低未熟化强度的原料时腔室内所有物料都混炼好。
Description
本发明涉及塑料或橡胶材料的混炼机,特别涉及,但非仅仅涉及适用于混炼合成橡胶的混炼机。
曾经推荐过用来混炼塑料或橡胶材料的各式各样的分批(间歇)和连续混炼的混炼机。很多以前使用的,例如由本申请公司制造的“密闭式”混炼机,能迅速地分批生产出混炼得很好的料。虽然混炼得很好,但在数量有限的情况下还留下一些很小的未混炼的残余物,这就弄坏了这混炼物。这些未混炼物的残余是那些错过了相关混炼机的“充分混炼部份”的物料。后补处理可以将混炼物升级,但破碎团块是困难的,无论如何,进一步加工将增加最终产品的造价。
要消灭死点就需要在保持转子中心距不变的情况下增大混炼室的内腔。
带这种室形的混炼机是公知的,但采取这种形状的原因是要使用不同混炼原理的转子,但这些转子的形状在将物料吸入混炼室方面并不如“密闭式”混炼机有效。
本发明提供一种塑料与橡胶的混炼机,它包含一个壳体,一对设置在壳体内啮合在一起的混炼转子,每个转子具有一个左旋叶型和一个右旋叶型,每个叶片从相关转子的一个端面开始,终止在离该转子另一端面不远的地方,在两个转子的相邻叶片间界定了一个空隙,并有装置来以等速驱动两转子使馈进转子待混炼的物料一直被转子导离转子端面。
从现有的混炼机设计中不是明显地看到的是,可以将带左右螺旋角将物料推离转子端面以降低原料加到腔室端封的压力的现有“密封式”混炼机设计的转子安排成按相交旋转轨迹运动。
本发明的采用带右旋(RH)与左旋(LH)螺旋的转子,这些螺旋可以啮合在一起而由于叶片之间间隙大使叶片不会互相撞击,一个转子上的右螺旋跟另外一个转子的左螺旋啮合。
使用左右螺旋有利于将物料推离腔室端部。
啮合在一起的转子,即工作在增大内腔的腔室内使转子按相交旋转轨迹工作的转子,通常是这样来设计,使得物料不单在转子之间混炼而且也由于腔室内腔与转子之间的相互作用而混炼。这引出一个问题,在转子间落下的物料量必须等于被转子沿着腔室内腔推上去的料量。由于能在转子间落下去的料量是受限制的,这就导致腔室只是部份装了料,每批产量是低的。欧洲专利申请0-170-397克服了一些,但它是一种现有的互相啮合设计,按腔室体积算每批的产量是低的。新设计的转子采用跟现有“密闭式”混炼机的转子一样的叶型,转子之间的合成大空间允许每批产量比现有同等大小的腔室大20%。
为了使本发明更清楚地被了解,现将本发明的一个实施例作为例证结合附图说明,其中
图1是一个混炼机的正剖视;
图2是图1机器的一对混炼转子的俯视图;
图3是沿图2X-Y-Z线剖开的图2的转子的剖面图;
图4是图2与图3的转子的展开图;
图5与图6是图3与图4的转子的另一方案的展开与剖面图;
图7是跟图1同样的机器但具有图5与图6的转子的一个混炼机的侧视图。
参照附图看,这混炼机包含一个其中有一个通常是8字形截面的混炼室12的壳体10,这混炼室包含两个相交的平行圆筒部份14、16。两个转子18、20安装成围绕着两根在一个水平面上的轴线A旋转;转子18装在圆筒部份14内,其旋转轴线跟圆筒部份14同轴;而转子20装在圆筒部份16内,其旋转轴线跟圆筒部份16同轴。
两个转子同速同步反向旋转(如图3箭头B所示)。转子用公知结构的驱动装置(未示出)来驱动,这驱动装置包括一个电动机驱动一个驱动两个转子的变速箱,其齿轮相互啮合使转子18、20同步旋转。转子的转速可以用公知方式来改变。
每个转子18、20备有作为按公知方式加热或冷却转子18、20与壳体10的热交换流体的通道60。结合图2、3与4,可以更具体地看出转子的性质与布置。每个转子18、20有一个短螺旋叶片S与一个长螺旋叶片L。每个叶片从一转子端面延伸,但离相对端面不远处终止。当转子同步转动时,叶片相互啮合。从图3可看出啮合的转子交叠的程度,其中示出两个转子长叶片的顶端的圆形路径50、51。尽管有交叠,但在循环的相当大一部份中在两个转子之间有一个相当大的空腔,这就促成了前述的高的批产量。在旋转中,叶片将待混炼物料轴向导向转子中心离开端面52、53、54与55,从而解除加在转子端封上的压力。
混炼机有一个进入混炼室12的开口22沿着混炼室的全长延伸,进入开口22形成在壳体10的上部,设置在混炼室两个圆筒部份14、16的中间。一个公知混炼机常用的普通结构的供料组件设置来通过进入开口22将待混炼物料供入腔室12。这供料组件包含一个供料斗24,其喉部26导向进入开口22。一个捣锤28的关闭构件(有时候在公知内混炼机中称为“重锤”(weight)设置来关闭进入开口22。捣锤28装在一个汽缸活塞装置的活塞杆30的下端,汽缸32装在在进入开口22的上面的供料斗24的上面部份。捣锤28在开口22与供料斗24的喉部26内滑动并防止物料在混炼过程中通过开口22从腔室12中跑出来。将加压流体如加压空气通入汽缸可以将捣锤提升到最上面的位置;保持在这个提升位置上,待混炼物料可以通过供料斗24与进入开口22导入混炼室12。有些待混炼的材料可能是比较大块为橡胶坯料,可能不会掉进混炼室内,但是可以用捣锤28推进混炼室内(或用其他的这类的装在跟示范的混炼机基本同样的混炼机内的装置)。当待混炼物料引入后,将压力受控的空气通入汽缸32将捣锤降下,气压加上捣锤28本身重量促使捣锤28下降将待混炼物料推入混炼室12。当所有待混炼物料导入混炼室12后,捣锤到达图1所示的最低位置。依转子的形状、待混炼的物料以及其他的因素如转子的速度与温度而定,可以发现转子的动作将物料导入混炼机内,很少或甚至不靠捣锤28的协助。
混炼器还包含一个混炼室的出口在壳体10的下部,同样是位于混炼室12的两个圆筒部份14、16的中间。这示范混炼机包含一个所谓翻板门36的关闭构件。翻板门36是通常用在上述混炼机的公知结构。翻板门36安装成可以绕着一根支承在壳体10上的轴37摆动。出口34沿着基本上整个混炼室12的长度延伸。图1所示的翻板门是在关闭位置,在这位置上它跟出口壁紧密连接,从而封住出口不让物料从混炼室跑出来。翻板门由锁定装置38保持在关闭位置上,这锁定装置包含一个装在壳体10上的汽缸,一根活塞杆42从其中伸出来。活塞杆42被促动向外跟翻板门36的一个表面接合,促使翻板门36牢固地跟出口34的壁接合从而封住出口。当需要打开翻板门时,活塞杆42抽回离开该门,这门就能藉助于驱动装置(未示出)围绕着轴37旋转,将门移动完全离开出口34。当需要将门关闭时,利用同一驱动装置将门旋转到关闭位置上。
从图1可见,门的上部有一个三角尖结构61,这是门的最上面的表面,它提供了圆筒部份14、16的圆柱形表面的延续部份,两圆筒部份在混炼室的中心平面上相交于尖棱62上。捣锤28最低的表面有一个V形结构29跟圆筒部份14、16配合,它包含会合在尖棱63上的两个表面,这尖棱63位于混炼室12的中心平面上,跟门上的尖棱一样。
如前所述,混炼机的操作过程是这样的,物料通过进入开口22引入混炼室12,捣锤28保持在最上面的位置上。转子以合适的速度接箭头B方向转动,转子转动的方向会将通过开口22通过转子18、20的空隙的物料拉入混炼室内。在混炼过程中翻板门36被锁定在关闭位置(如图1所示)。待混炼物料同时被捣锤28旋加的压力促动进入混炼室内;在物料被捣锤28强迫进入混炼室内并被转子18、20的动作拉入腔室内时,捣锤在汽缸32所施加的压力下与它自身重量的作用下下降,直到它到达如图1所示的最低位置。在混炼过程中壳体10与转子18、20的温度受控于前述的热交换流体。转子18、20的转速可以是固定的或可变的,目的是给予物料一个所需的混炼周期。需要的话,需要加进去混炼的附加材料可以在该批料的第一部份已经过初期混炼以后加进去。示范混炼机使待混炼物料在转子18、20之间空隙中受到分布处理。待混炼物料也在混炼机圆筒部份14、16的表面上被切断与击碎,从而被分散与混炼,方式跟前述的密闭式混炼机一样。可以看出所有的混炼室内表面与转子外表面都参与混炼与热交换(以转子18、20与壳体10为一方跟以待混炼物料为另一方的有效热交换,对保证最高效混炼而不发生物料过热是很重要的,物料过热在绝大多数情况下是要降低物料质量的)。混炼的温度与时间(还有,可能的话包括转子速度)受到控制以实现一个所需的混炼周期。应可理解到转子14、16保证整个混炼室12内部被转子18、20扫过:在混炼室内不存在“死点”,不会发生降低产品质量的任何物料从一个操作循环到下一个操作循环停留在腔室内不动的情况。
在上述的转子上,每个转子上的叶片是不等长的,这跟现有的密闭式混炼机的设计一样。图5与图6分别是每个转子上的叶片是等长的另一方案的转子的展开图和剖面图(沿图5上的A-A到E-E线剖切)。这些叶片的长度是很关键的。当叶片端与转子相邻端之间的空隙是叶片长度的24%时效果最佳。图7示出装有图5与图6的转子的混炼机的侧视图。在图1与图7上同样的标号表示同样的部件。
按本发明的混炼机转子形状跟密闭式混炼机一样是有光滑的轮廓并不带死点。使用交叠布置的密闭型的转子促进了好的混炼,首先是扫刮过混炼室,其次是没有物料可以藏身的凹入部份或腔穴。
虽然上述混炼机是一种分批混炼机,在上面讨论过,本发明同样可用于连续混炼机,体现本发明的混炼机的结构可用各种公知结构来修改,只要混炼转子具有本文所界定的形状结构就成。
Claims (5)
1、一种塑料与橡胶材料的混炼机,包含一个壳体(10),一双设置在这壳体内啮合在一起的混炼转子(18,20),每个转子具有一个左旋(LH)叶片与一个右旋(RH)叶片,其特征在于每个叶片从相关转子的一个端面(52,53,54,55)起始,在离该转子另一端面不远的地方终止,有一个空隙界定在两个转子的相邻叶片之间,并有装置用来驱动转子等速转动,因而馈进转子混炼的物料一直被转子(18,20)导离转子端面(52,53,54,55)。
2、按权利要求1的一种混炼机,其特征在于转子(18,20)具有四个叶片(L,S)布置成两对,每对的叶片(L,S)长度不同。
3、按权利要求1或2的一种混炼机,其特征在于壳体(10)界定两个部份圆形截面的部份(14,16)以容纳相应的转子(18,20),该两个部份相互会合并在它们的会合点界定点(62)以避免产生积聚未混炼物料的空间。
4、按权利要求3的一种混炼机,其特征在于其中一个点(62)是由混炼机的一个出口门(36)界定的。
5、按上述权利要求中任一项的一种混炼机,其特征在于在每个叶片端跟相邻转子端之间的空隙是叶片长度的24%。
