Abstract
有效的抗微生物组合物,含有季铵化合物和季化合物,其重量比为1∶9到9∶1。
Description
本发明涉及含有季铵化合物和季鏻化合物的有效抗微生物组合物。
以季铵卤化物作为抗微生物剂的生物活性物质早已为人所知。参见K.Lindner,表面活性剂-纺织助剂-洗涤剂原料,第二版,一卷,科学出版社,mbH,Stuttgart1964,984页和Kirk-Othmer,化工大全,第三版,19卷,John Wiley & Sons,New york,Chichester;Brisbane,Toronto,Singapore 1982,530页。季鏻卤化物用作杀菌剂和杀真菌剂也早已为人所知,参见法国专利公开(DE-OS)2533275和化学文摘(英文)第84卷180392v(1976)。
从环境保护和经济观点考虑,在消毒剂和防腐剂领域内要求生物活性物及其组合物在其使用浓度很低时具有足够的抗微生物作用。在这方面不仅对新化合物,而且对已知的生物活性物质的协同组合作用也应予以重视。
现已发现,苄基烷基型的季铵卤化物和一定的季鏻卤化物,两种组份以一定的重量比例组合在一起,具有协同抗微生物的作用
本发明的内容是有效的抗微生物组合物,其中含有:
(a)至少一种有效的抗微生物季铵化合物和
(b)至少一种有效的抗微生物季鏻化合物,组份a与b的重量比范围为a∶b为1∶9到9∶1。
此处所述的作为有效的抗微生物季铵化合物,特别是相当于通式Ⅰ的苄基烷基型化合物。
其中R1主要是含有8到18个碳原子的直链烷基,而X
是卤素阴离子。特别是氯阴离子。这种季铵化合物在本发明的组合物中可作为单一的化合物或以混合物形式存在。例如用于这种抗微生物有效的季铵化合物有氯化苄基-二甲茎-正癸基铵、氯化苄基-二甲基-正十二烷基铵、氯化苄基-二甲基-正十四碳烷基铵、氯化苄基-二甲基-正十八烷基铵以及氯化苄基-二甲基-椰子烷基铵,其中通式1中的R1是由椰子油的脂肪酸混合物加氢而来的。氯化苄基-二甲基-正十二烷基铵和氯化苄基-二甲基-正十四烷基铵以及它们的混合物在此占有优先地位。
尤其是通式(Ⅱ)的化合物,适于作为有效的抗微生物季鏻化合物:
其中R2是含有1到6个碳原子的烷基、含有1到6个碳原子的羟烷基或苯基,R3是含有8到18个碳原子的烷基,而Y是卤素阴离子,特别是氯或溴阴离子。通式Ⅱ中的R2和R3主要是直链基团。季鏻化合物在本发明的组合物中可以是单一形式者是以混合物形式存在。例如,这种季鏻化合物有:氯化三甲基-正十二烷基鏻、溴化三乙基-正癸基鏻、氯化三正丙基-正十四烷基鏻、氯化三羟甲基-正十六烷基鏻、氯化三正丁基-正癸基鏻、溴化三正丁基-正十二烷基鏻、氯化三正丁基-正十四烷基鏻、溴化三正丁基-正十六烷基鏻、氯化三正己基
-正癸基鏻、氯化三苯基-正十二烷基鏻、溴化三苯基-正十四烷基鏻和氯化三苯基-正十八烷基鏻。基中氯化三正丁基-正十四烷基鏻占有优先地位。
为了制得可供使用的抗微生物剂可按发明将有效的抗微生物组合物制成含水浓缩物形式,其中组分a和b的总浓度在30到50%(重量)之间。在用于消毒和防腐目的的含水的备用抗微生物剂中,组分a和b的总浓度一般为全部制剂的0.005到5%(重量)之间。
备用的有效抗微生物组合物最简单的形式是水溶液,其中溶有给定比例和给定浓度的季铵化合物和季鏻化合物。在多数情况下,实际应用的某些组合物中还含有其它的常用组分。这些组分是根据领先规定的应用形式和使用目的选定的。配制液体剂型除以水作溶剂外,也可用水与可和水相溶的有机溶剂的混合溶剂。这些有机溶剂包括:乙醇、异丙醇、乙二醇、丙二醇、乙基乙二醇、丙基丙二醇。这些溶液很容易喷洒,可以用压缩空气,或气溶技术制成常用的喷洒液。
除了抗微生物作用外,如果希望有洗涤作用时,在本发明的组合物中可加入表面活性剂,特别是非离子表面活性剂。合适的表面活性剂实例是4到40特别是4到20摩尔的环氧乙烷与1摩尔脂肪醇、烷基环己醇、烷基酚、脂肪酸、脂肪胺、脂肪酰胺或烷基磺酰胺的加成产物。特别有效的是5到16摩尔的环氧乙烷与椰油醇或硬脂醇、油醇的加成物,与油醇和鲸蜡醇混合物的加成物以及与一、二或三烷基酚和含有6到14个碳原子的单烷基环己醇混合物的加成产物。也可用环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷与上述带有一个活性氢原子的化合物加成产物的混合物。前面提及的烷氧基化产物可以用醚基或缩醛基等端基封闭。
本发明的组合物中还可含有其它的组分,适合用作此种组分的有:例如,葡糖酸碱金属盐,特别是葡糖酸钠,次氮基三乙酸碱金属盐、乙二胺四乙酸、羟基乙烷二磷酸、膦酰基庚三酸、乳酸、柠檬酸或酒石酸等的碱金属盐类。此外也可用可溶于水的分子量高的多元羧酸盐类作为这种组分,例如顺丁烯二酸、衣康酸、反丁烯二酸、柠檬酸的聚合体。也可以用这些酸之间的共聚物或这些酸与其它可聚合单体的共聚物,如与乙烯、丙烯、丙烯酸、醋酸乙烯酯、异丁烯、丙烯酰胺及苯乙烯的共聚物。
在本发明的组合物中还可以加入洗涤增强剂。它们是脂肪酰-乙醇酰胺和二乙醇酰胺,例如椰子油酰-乙醇酰胺和椰子油二乙醇酰胺和1到4摩尔的环氧乙烷或环氧丙烷与含12到18碳原子的烷基胺或含8到12个碳原子的脂肪醇以及含8到12个碳原子的游离脂肪酸的加成物。也可加入纤维素系列的洗涤增强剂。
此外,在本发明的组合物的季铵化合物和季鏻化合物的混合物中另加入其它有效的抗微生物物质,则可用于更广的领域。
为了制得可供使用的具有消毒作用的净化液。除制成液体浓缩物外,还可制成固体产品;最好是粉状或粒状,其中含有本发明的有效抗微生物组合物。
本发明的有效的抗微生物组合物可作为消毒剂和防腐剂用于众多的领域,例如医院、学校、游泳池、公共交通工具、中小企业和工厂设备表面消毒。本发明的组合物对于农业、乳制品业和酿制业以及食品饮料业的其他部门的消毒作用是特别重要的。此外,本发明的组合物还可用于工业产品,如染料分散液、粘接剂、切削钻孔油类或纸张、纸板、皮革加工产品的保藏,以及工业用水及生水的贮存。最后,本
发明的组合物在物质的贮存方面也获得了应用,例如木材的浸渍,特别是培养磨姑业用的木箱可用这种方法有效地防止植物菌丝的分割。
实施例
例1:
由氯化苄基-二甲基-正十二烷基/正十四烷基铵(70%摩尔C12;30%摩尔C14;产品A)和氯化三正丁基-正十四烷基鏻(产品B)制得下列本发明的浓缩物(产品C至F)。

本发明组合物(产品C至F)的抗微生物的效力与单组分氯化苄基-二甲基-正十二碳烷基/正十四碳烷基铵(产品A)和氯化三正丁基-十四碳烷基鏻(产品B)相比较,用下列试验病菌悬浮液进行测定:
1.大肠杆菌 2×109细菌/毫升
2.铜绿假单孢菌 5×108细菌/毫升
3.黑曲霉菌 5×107细菌/毫升
4.Camerunense青霉菌 5×107细菌/毫升
5.绳状青霉菌 3×107细菌/毫升
6.绿色木霉菌 6×107细菌/毫升
所检验的物质和物质组合物的抑制浓度是按化学杀菌方法的检测和评定准则第二章第一节(出自Zb1、Baut、Hyg、1。Abt、Orig、B172、536-537)得出的,在所描述的条件中铜绿假单孢菌和黑曲霉菌用下列生物活性物质浓度(以ppm计)进行试验:100,75、45、30、20、15和10。用其它细菌时,其生物活性物质浓度(以ppm计)则为20、15、9、6、4、3和2。所得结果列于表1中:
例2:
10×20×2厘米的小松木片在下述的处理液中分别浸泡1、2和4分钟并干燥之。
处理液的组成为:
2.0(重量份数)氯化苄基-二甲基-正十二烷基/正十四烷基铵(70%摩尔正C12,30%摩尔正C14)
0.5(重量份数)氯化三正丁基-正十四烷基鏻
97.5(重量份数)水
经予处理过的小木片垂直放在木箱内,立即用堆肥充填之。尔后放置在培育真菌的条件下(16-18℃)空气温度为85-95%)
12周之久。小松木片的对比样品仅在水中浸泡半分钟。将真菌箱子倒空后,对小木片进行检验并按下列标度进行评定:
1.完全没有真菌丝痕迹
2.极少量菌丝痕迹
3.零星出现稀少的菌丝痕迹
4.出现仅比零星稍多的菌丝痕迹
5.有较大的菌丝面积,存在零星的未生长的面积
6.较大的菌丝面积但仅薄一层,没有不生长的面积
7.整个木片都长满了,部分有厚的菌丝层
8.整个木片都长满了,厚菌丝层的面积扩大
9.整个木片都长满了厚菌丝层
所得结果列于下面的表Ⅱ中:

将下列组分混合,制备有消毒作用的用于挤奶、制奶设备的净化剂:

0.5(重量份数)氯化苄基-二甲基-正十二烷基/正十四烷基铵(70%摩尔C12;30%摩尔C14)
0.5(重量份数)氯化三-正丁基-正十四烷基鏻
35(重量份数)无水硫酸钠
1(重量份数)有机硅消泡剂
Claims (11)
1、一类有效的抗微生物组合物,该组合物含有
a)至少一种有效的抗微生物的季铵化合物和
b)至少一种有效的抗微生物的季鏻化合物其中组分a)和b)的重量比a∶b为1∶9到9∶1。
3、按权利要求1或2的有效的抗微生物组合物,其特征在于,它含有氯化苄基-二甲基-正十二烷基铵、氯化苄基-二甲基-正十四烷基铵或二者的混合物作为有效的抗微生物的季铵化合物。
5、按权利要求1到4的有效的抗微生物组合物,其特征在于通式Ⅱ中的R2和R3基团为直链烷基。
6、按权利要求1到5的有效的抗微生物组合物,其特征在于它含有氯化三正丁基-正十四烷基鏻作为有效的抗微生物的季鏻化合物。
7、按权利要求1到6的有效的抗微生物组合物,其特征在于,它们是水溶液浓缩物,其中(a)和(b)组分的总重量浓度在30到50%之间(对总浓缩物而言)。
8、按权利要求1到6的有效的抗微生物组合物,特征在于,它们是水基抗微生物备用制剂,其中的抗微生物剂(a)和(b)组分的总重量浓度在0.005到5%之间(对制剂总重量而言)。
9、用权利要求1到8的有效的抗微生物组合物进行畜厩禽舍的消毒。
10、用权利要求1到8的有效的抗微生物组合物进行挤奶、制奶设备的消毒。
11、用权利要求1到8的有效的抗微生物组合物,进行材料的保护,特别是木材的保护。
