Abstract

Description

本发明涉及一种用放射线照射流体的装置。
这种装置例如可用于消除切削机床冷却润滑乳剂的损害。对这种装置的基本要求是依照放射防护技术原则在所有方向遮蔽射线源。出于这个缘故,该装置围有一个由可遮蔽放射线的材料制成的防护套。该防护套必须具有按射线源的强度所决定的最小厚度。
已知的这种装置是较早的德国专利申请P3601724.8。在这个装置中,一个U形管深置于一个铅套内。铅套在所有方向都以一个最小的壁厚包围着管子。采用这种结构使装置非常苯重。
本发明的任务是创建一种前述类型的用放射线照射流体的装置。这种装置的重量比已知装置大大减轻,然而,却保证足以挡住放射线。
这个任务由本发明所描述的用放射线照射流体的装置得以解决。该装置具有下列结构:一个带有进口、出口接头的管子被一个由遮蔽放射线材料制成的外套所包围,在管子内置有一个射线源以产生放射线,其特征是,管子基本上是直线结构,由放射源向接头的方向安置有若干由可遮蔽放射线的材料制成的成形件,以阻止放射线从接头处射出。由于采用直管输送流体的结构,明显缩短了需要遮蔽的流道长度。通过管子内置有使流体符合目的地流过迷宫式流道的隔挡式成形结构,沿管子轴向的放射线就被挡住。当结构件的流通通孔的横截面积都相等并具有利于流动的构造时,就可实现压力损失小的平稳流动。
下面借助附图中所描述的实施例,对本发明进行详细说明。这张唯一的附图表明了本发明装置的轴向剖面图。
一个基本上直线的管子1由一个外套2所包围,该外套2是由可遮蔽放射线的材料制成的,例如铅。为了防止外部机械的损伤,在外套2的外面包有对装置本身同时起支承和安置作用的外壳3。在管1的两端安置了进口接头4和出口接头5。
在管1的纵轴范围内,按目的设置了一个含有例如一个钴60辐射器的射线源6,为了避免射线源6与流过管1的流体直接接触,射线源6外面罩有符合需要的由特种钢制成的管件7。管件7径向穿过管1的管壁并与穿过外套2的管件8相连续。管件8用一个与其配合的铅块9所封闭。管件8起到一个射线源6装料口的作用。
在管1内按交替顺序安置了许多由遮蔽放射线的材料例如铅所制成的成形结构,以阻止放射线从接头4和5射出。该成形结构由射线源6开始向两个接头4和5的方向对称安置。因此下面只需描述成形结构的一半。在射线源6的附近安置了一个具有径向内置的通孔11的环形件10,接着放置第二个具有径向外置的通道13的成形件12,然后是其他的环形件14和12,在进口接头和出口接头5处环形件15构成了末端。
成形件12和14可以按多种交替顺序前后安置,当然也可将成形件合并成一个较厚的整体。
为了实现流体在管1内流动平稳并具有较小的压力损失,径向内置流孔11和径向外置流道13应具有相等的横截面积,基于同样的原则,成形件10、12、14和15的过渡部分要设置成有利于流动的结构。
外套2和成形件10、12、14和15的厚度是这样决定的:以射线源6为基点,沿所有方向例如沿着许多空间射线S1到S5向外辐射,都具有遮蔽射线源6的放射性所需要的最小厚度。

Claims (6)

1、用放射线照射流体的装置,具有下列结构:
一个带有进口、出口接头(4,5)的管子(1)被一个由遮蔽放射线材料制成的外套(2)所包围,在管子(1)内置有一个射线源(6)以产生放射线,其特征在于,
管子(1)基本上是直线结构,由放射源(6)向接头(4,5)的方向安置有若干由可遮蔽放射线的材料制成的成形件(10,12,14,15),以阻止放射线从接头(4,5)射出。
2、按权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,
成形件(10,12,14,15)使流体按迷宫式的流道流动。
3、按权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于,
具有径向内置流孔(11)的环形件(10,14)总和具有径向外置流道(13)的第二成形件(12)依次设置。
4、按权利要求3所述的装置,其特征在于,
从射线源(6)向接头(4,5)方向,一个环形件(10)跟着总是第二成形件(12),在接头(4,5)处总是安置一个环形件(15)。
5、按权利要求3所述的装置,其特征在于,
环形件(10,14)的径向内置流孔(11)和第二成形件的径向外置流道(13)具有相等的横截面积。
6、按权利要求5所述的装置,其特征在于,
成形件(10,12,14,15)在其过渡部分设置成有利于流动的结构。
