Description

本实用新型属于钢轨外形结构的改进。
公知的钢轨,其两端与钢轨纵向对称中心面垂直。用已知钢轨铺设的轨道,因相邻两条钢轨端面间存在必不可少的缝隙而不能连续支持滚动着的车轮,使后者受到冲击而产生振动和噪声,从而降低车辆的使用寿命。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种降低振动和噪声,提高车辆寿命的钢轨。
本实用新型的要点在于在原有钢轨的基础上,将它的两端面改成与钢轨纵向对称中心倾斜相交成45~55°角,且与底面垂直。用改进后的钢轨铺设的轨道,在两条钢轨斜端面间存在一定缝隙的情况下仍能连续地支持滚动着的车轮,因而减少振动和噪声,并延长车辆的使用寿命。
本实用新型的具体结构和实施例由附图给出:
图1表示出,改进后两端面的斜角都为45~55°;在纵向对称中心面内计算,钢轨的长度L与原有钢轨的长度相等,横截面尺寸和形状,连接螺栓孔的直径及其位置尺寸也保持不变。

1、一种斜端面钢轨,其特征在于它的两端面都与它的纵向对称中心面倾斜相交成相同的角度,并与底面垂直。
2、按照权利要求1所述的斜端面钢轨,其特征在于所述的倾斜相交的锐角为45~55°,且两端面相互平行。
