Abstract
一种榫式砖与砌块，属建筑用墙体材料及各类工程的结构件。其特征为利用榫式结构使其组合强度大大提高，并保持了传统砖与砌块的优点又兼顾到空心砖与砌块的长处，并在制造和使用方面都具有一定的优越性。
Description
本实用新型属建筑用墙体材料及各类工程的结构件。
目前，我国大量生产和应用的墙体材料仍为传统的小块粘土砖。因其制造容易，成本低廉，通用性强始终占领建筑主导地位。使空心砖与砌块不能有较大发展。
本实用新型是在尽可能简便的生产工艺上，既保持传统砖与砌块的优点和兼顾到空心砖与砌块的优点，最主要目的是提高建筑物的强度和尽可能减轻重量，并具有广泛的通用性。
本实用新型的榫式砖与砌块的主要特征表现为如附图1－4的榫式结构。
图1、2、3、4为榫式砖与砌块的主、左、俯、仰视图。
其左视图与主视图对称，右视图与左视图对称。
如图所示这种凸出台阶与凹槽的砖与砌块在组合使用时较传统砖与砌块有很好的抗剪能力，另由于台阶与凹槽间的尺寸差形成相互间的空隙，使其具有空心砖与砌块的优点，如在其空隙内铺以钢筋将进一步提高建筑物的强度与抗震性能。也可在其空隙内铺设电气线路或其它管道，既简化了线路如管道的工艺，又可使室内布局增加美观与简洁。
榫式砖与砌块，由于结合牢固，在施工中可以少用砂浆，提高建造速度，降低造价。在建造围墙、隔墙或临时垛码时可以不用砂浆，只需在封顶和封边时用一部分砂浆，使其建造和拆除都极为方便，而拆除的砖与砌块绝大部分不需清理即可再使用，节约大量人力、材料和费用。
本实用新型在生产工艺上并不增加太大制作难度与增多生产工序，但具有用料省，干燥快并均匀，制作周转短，节约燃料与成本和转产费用少，见效速度快的特点。
本实用新型的产品使用范围广，适应性强，可以用各种材料做成各种尺寸的制品以适应各类大、中、小建筑工程。使用也很方便，并可适应传统砖与砌块的使用要求。
