本发明涉及建筑施工领域,具体指建筑用空心砌块。
背景技术:
建筑用空心砌块比建筑用实心砌块耗料少、砌块重量轻,目前常用的建筑用空心砌块(CN2695519Y)由顶板、两支撑腿组成,顶板受两支撑腿支撑,顶板上设置有凸台,凸台两侧设有低于凸台的条形缺口,条形缺口的宽度与两支撑腿的宽度相适应,凸台宽度与砌块内空腔宽度相适应。凸台顶面与水平线夹角α>0°,即使雨水通过墙体直缝隙流到凸台上,凸台顶板斜面使雨水外流,不会渗透到墙内侧,两支撑腿之间设有水平加强肋,增加了支撑腿强度。
这种空心砌块有如下缺陷:两支撑腿之间设有的水平加强肋,不利于雨水外流,雨水通过直缝隙流到凸台上,也会通过直缝隙流到水平加强肋上,流到水平加强肋上的雨水会渗透到墙内侧。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于提供一种雨水通过墙体直缝隙流到水平加强肋上,雨水也不会渗透到墙内侧的建筑用空心砌块。
本发明目的是这样来实现的,该建筑用空心砌块,主要由顶板、两支撑腿组成,顶板受两支撑腿支撑,两支撑腿之间设有加强肋,顶板上设置有凸台,凸台顶面为斜面,与水平面有一夹角α,所述的加强肋与水平面有一夹角0°<β<90°。
由于该建筑用空心砌块加强肋与水平面有一夹角0°<β<90°,砌成墙体时,即使雨水通过墙体直缝隙流到外斜的加强肋上,雨水会向墙外流,也不会渗透到墙内侧。

具体实施方式:
参考图1——图5,该建筑用空心砌块,由顶板、两支撑腿1组成,顶板受两支撑腿1支撑,两支撑腿1之间设有加强肋6、13,顶板上设置有凸台3,凸台3两侧高度2、4的不同,使凸台3顶面为斜面,与水平面有一夹角α,所述的加强肋6、13与水平面有一夹角0°<β<90°,所述的加强肋可为连续的加强肋6,也可为中间断开的加强肋13,断开的加强肋13可减轻砌块的重量,相邻两空心砌块间设置有连接块8,连接块8底面与水平面有一夹角0°<β<90°,与加强肋6、13相适应。
砌墙体时,下层砌块凸台3正好插接在上层砌块空腔7内,上层砌块两支撑腿1正好落在下层砌块条形缺口5上,使砌块纵向不能移动,连接块8能调节两砌块之间的横向间距,不需要切断砌块,再在墙体两面粉刷或喷射砂浆12,让砂浆挤入砌块形成的横向槽沟11和竖向接缝10,连接钢筋9增强墙体整体性、抗裂性及强度,形成配筋墙体。

1,建筑用空心砌块,主要由顶板、两支撑腿组成,顶板受两支撑腿支撑,两支撑腿之间设有加强肋,顶板上设置有凸台,凸台顶面为斜面,与水平面有一夹角α,其特征在于:所述的加强肋与水平面有一夹角0°<β<90°。
2,根据权利要求1所述的建筑用空心砌块,其特征在于:所述的加强肋为中间断开的加强肋。
3,根据权利要求1所述的建筑用空心砌块,其特征在于:相邻两空心砌块间设置有连接块,连接块底面与水平面有一夹角0°<β<90°,与加强肋相适应。
