嵌联式空心砌块
本实用新型涉及一种墙体建筑材料。
作为粘土砖的取代物,在先申请(中国专利ZL87216520.5)提供了一种榫锁式空心砌块,通过在砌块上设置凸块和凹槽,使得当砌块构成砌体时,相邻砌块以榫锁方式互相结合,以达到砌体抗裂防震效果。
本实用新型旨在提供一种嵌联式空心砌块,通过改变砌块凹槽结构,使砌块与砌块的联接方式由凸块与凹槽的榫锁结合变为凸块与空腔的嵌联结合,从而进一步强化砌体抗剪切性能,保持砌体的整体一致性。
本实用新型所述砌块为立方体空心砌块,由壁和两条互相平行的肋构成,两肋位于两侧壁中心位置且与两侧壁平行,侧壁上设有凸块,两肋间距不小于凸块截面宽度的两倍,使得当砌块堆砌成砌体时,相邻两砌块上的凸块恰好与第三块的砌块两肋间的空腔配合,呈嵌入式联接。
随着凹槽结构由凹槽变为空腔,使得当砌块堆砌成砌体时,在两肋间的剩余空腔注入浆料成为可能,此时相邻砌块上的凸块与肋形成一体,从而使砌体的整体一致性得以加强,抗剪能力进一步提高。若为方便现场施工,减少注入浆料量,其肋间剩余空腔的填充也可部分或全部在砌块制作时完成,并不妨碍抗剪能力的提高。

以下将结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。如图1所示,立方体空心砌块由壁(1)与肋(2)构成,两侧壁上分别设有尺寸形状相同的凸块(3),肋(2)由两互相平行且位于侧壁中心的肋构成,肋(2)与两侧壁平行且两肋之间距离不小于凸块(3)宽度的两倍。当砌块堆砌成砌体时,相邻两砌块上的凸块恰好与第三块砌块上两肋构成的空腔配合,形成如图2所示的砌体,为了进一步强化砌体抗剪切性能,保持砌体的整体一致性,在空腔的剩余空间中注入浆料。

1、一种用作建筑墙体构件的立方体空心砌块,由壁(1)和肋(2)构成,肋位于两侧壁中间且与两侧壁平行,侧壁设有凸块(3),其特征在于肋由两条互相平行的肋构成,两肋间距不小于凸块截面宽度的两倍。
