Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种具有保温功能的永久性建筑模板。它由内外两块面板及面板之间的保温材料构成;内外两块面板之间同时又由若干个连接柱连成一个整体。连接柱中间埋有拉接件。拉接件的一端伸出内面板,以便与混凝土墙体的钢筋进行拉接。模板的周边设有凹凸槽,用来与相邻的模板联结。这种模板经浇注混凝土之后与混凝土墙永久性地成为一体,在建筑施工中可有效地减少工作量并加快施工速度。
Description
本实用新型属于建筑施工中使用的模板领域。
在建筑施工中，模板是不可缺少的施工工具。现有的模板有钢模板、钢竹组合模板以及永久性模板。永久性模板又有不同的种类例如钢制、铝制或玻纤混凝土制作的永久性模板等。这类模板方便了建筑物混凝土墙体的成型与装饰。但因不具有保温功能，故在保温性能要求较高的混凝土墙体制作中还要考虑保温材料的设置问题，这给施工带来了诸多的不便。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种有保温功能的永久性建筑模板。这种模板由两块面板及面板之间的保温材料构成，在混凝土浇灌过程中作为模板使用，在混凝土成型及终凝后不需拆除，成为永久性的混凝土外保温层。
本实用性型是按以下方式实现的。为了使模板具有保温功能并具有要求的刚度和强度，模板由内外两块面板及面板之间的保温材料构成；内外两块面板之间同时又由若干个连接柱连成一个整体。连接柱中间埋有拉接件。拉接件的一端伸出内面板，以便与混凝土墙体的钢筋进行拉接。模板的周边设有凹凸槽，用来与相邻的模板联结。这种模板经浇注混凝土之后与混凝土墙永久性地成为一体，因此在建筑施工中可有效地减少工作量并加快施工速度，使施工更文明、安全。以下结合附图对本实用新型的实施例做进一步说明：

参照附图，本实用新型由玻纤混凝土内面板(1)、外面板(2)、内外面板(1)(2)之间的保温材料(3)、加固连接柱(4)及连接件(5)等构成。保温材料(3)为泡沫塑料(亦可采用稻壳或粉碎秸杆等)。加固连接柱(4)为中空状，通过两端的端面将内外面板(1)(2)平行地联结成带有保温夹层的复合型保温模板。保温模板的周边用型材封闭，其外表面留有纵向凹凸槽，用于相邻模板对接时在槽内设置拉接件(5)。保温模板中间的各个连接柱(4)均埋有拉接件(5)。拉接件(5)的一端伸出内面板(2)并与混凝土墙体的钢筋(6)进行拉接。这种模板经过架设和浇灌混凝土之后，所形成的墙体便是永久性的混凝土外保温墙。
本实用新型构造新颖、实用性强，不但降低了模板投入量，节约大量模板资金与人工费用，而且能保障外墙面的整体装饰效果，解决了建筑物混凝土外墙在施工中不用再次设置保温材料的问题。

1.一种具有保温功能的永久性建筑模板，由内面板(1)外面板(2)和保温材料(3)等构成，其特征在于保温材料(3)夹在内外面板(1)(2)中间，所述内外面板之间又由若干连接柱(4)的端面连成一体，构成保温模板；保温模板的周边外表面为纵向凹凸槽构造，保温模板的内外面板之间的各个连接柱(4)均埋有拉接件(5)，拉接件(5)的一端伸出保温模板的内面板(2)。
