Abstract
一种用于生产外表面有肋的无缝塑料管的挤压模,包括一个挤压头和一个细长的喷嘴,其中装有一空心心轴。由喷嘴和心轴之间的环状挤压喷口形成管的型坯,喷嘴和心轴各有一个和挤压头纵轴同轴的圆锥形部分,其母线和纵轴间的夹角大于45度,心轴出口端直径不小于喷嘴出口端直径。定心装置使喷嘴与心轴间的环间间隙均匀。螺纹调节件可纵向调节心轴来改变挤压喷口的大小。连接装置使心轴和挤压头相互连接,并使心轴只能作轴向运动,而不能转动。
Description
本发明为涉及产无缝塑料管的挤压模具,是内表面光滑和外表面由肋板和槽交替排列而形成环向肋或翅的塑料管的挤压模。
已知的此类挤压模(例如:3,891,007、3,998,579和4,365,948号美国专利)有一个挤压头和一个喷嘴,内部装有一个空心的型芯,由环状的挤压模孔形成管型坯。
这些挤压模的主要缺点是型芯伸出喷嘴外面很多,并形成很大的型腔,材料在型腔内冷却,因此不适用于粘性小的材料(例如:聚氯乙烯)而且已知的挤压模不能改变管壁的厚度。
本发明的目的是提供一种能克服上述缺点的结构简单、允许使用粘性小的塑性材料,并可改变管壁厚度的挤压模。
上述目的可通过下列装置实现:
心轴和喷嘴的出口端有一个同轴的圆锥部分,其母线与挤压模头部纵轴线之间的夹角大于45度。此端的心轴直径不小于喷嘴的直径。
挤压模还有一个螺纹调节件,用以调节心轴纵向位置。在轴向调节心轴位置时可有效地改变挤压喷口的大小。
另外,本发明中的挤压模在清洗和生产不同直径的管子时容易更换喷嘴和心轴。
下面的详细说明、附图和权利要求可使熟悉这种技术的人能对本发明做更全面的评价,并更清楚地了解本发明的特征,目的和优点。
后面的一张附图是这种内表面光滑和外表面有环向肋的塑料管的挤压模的纵剖面图。
下面参看附图。本发明中用于生产外表面带肋的塑料管的挤压模包括:一个挤压头1,一个细长的喷嘴2,一个空心的心轴3,一个定心装置,一个细长的空心支承轴5,一个螺纹调节件6和连接装置。
挤压头1有一个中心孔和侧孔8,侧孔8与挤压机(图中未示)连通,流入从挤压机压出的热塑性材料。挤压头1装有加热器9和热敏元件(图中未示)。
喷嘴2的进料端有一个法兰10,用它和圆环11及其圆周上分布的螺栓12把喷嘴和挤压头1夹紧在一起。喷嘴2内是沿喷嘴纵向延伸的输料流道,将挤压机压出的物料输送到一挤压喷口成形为管子。
心轴3位于和喷嘴2大致同轴的上述中心孔中,周围和喷嘴之间保持一定间隙。心轴侧面有一弧形槽13,孔8与其相切,使塑料由孔8逐渐过渡到纵向通道,然后输送到挤压喷口。心轴3的自由端有一法兰14,法兰14由在心轴周围分布的螺栓15固定到挤压头1上。
定心装置用径向分布在挤压头1上的定心螺钉16使喷嘴2围绕心轴3的环向间隙均匀一致。螺钉16作用于喷嘴2的法兰10的侧面,使喷嘴2能相对于心轴3作径向调整。
支承轴5位于第一个心轴3内,带有一锥形体17,锥形体由衬套19和螺母18固定到支承轴上,衬套上安装有电加热器20和热敏元件(图中未示)。
喷嘴2的自由端拧入一个锥形套21,锥形套与锥形体17之间形成截面逐渐缩小的环形挤压喷口,通过这一挤压喷口,来自挤压机的物料可连续流出并在锥形套21和锥形体17之间形成管子的型坯。挤压喷口具有和挤压头共轴的圆锥形部分,其母线与挤压头纵轴线之间的夹角大于45度。
螺纹件6用螺母代表,用来纵向调节支承轴5。旋转支承轴5自由端上的螺母,使支承轴作轴向位移,即可有效地改变挤压喷口的大小,螺母通过其法兰23、压盖24和压盖上沿圆周分布的螺钉25固定到法兰14上,这种结构允许螺母转动而不产生轴向位移。
连接件用键26代表,它连接支承轴5与心轴3,并使支承轴只能作轴向移动,而不能转动。
如上所述,本发明的实施例适用于生产外表面带肋的管子,管状的型腔由一系列向前移动的模具28来形成;例如我的4,510,013号专利中所述的模具(上述专利使用同样的模具)。
工作时,一种可膨胀的塑性材料从挤压机连续压出,通过喷嘴2和心轴3之间的流道流到挤压喷口,按照管状型腔的形状形成外表面带肋的管31。
上面对本发明实施例的新颖性作了说明,但应理解,这个实施例仅是示例的和说明性的,而不是限制性的。本发明并不限于上述说明书和图中的具体细节。熟悉本领域技术的人可作出各种改变、删除、替换和变化而不离开本发明的范围,并且不丧失本发明的主要优点。显然,根据本发明的原理可做出许多改进和改变,因此应该理解,在下面的权利要求范围内,除此处具体说明的以外,本发明仍可以其它方式实施。
Claims (6)
1、一种生产无缝塑料管特别是具有光滑的内表面和外表面由肋板和槽交替排列而形成环向加肋管的挤压模,包括:
一个挤压头,它有一个中心孔和一个侧孔,用于输入从挤压机压送出的热塑性材料;
连接到所述挤压头上的细长的喷嘴,提供一沿喷嘴纵向延伸的输料流道,用于将压出的物料输送到流道出口;
一个空心心轴,位于和喷嘴大致同轴的孔中,并和喷嘴之间有一环向间隔,提供一沿其纵向延伸的塑性材料的引导流道,将压出物料输送到流道出口。喷嘴和心轴之间形成尺寸逐渐缩小的,环形挤压喷口,压出的物料可连续地通过这一挤压喷口,在喷嘴和心轴之间形成管子的型坯。
上述流道出口端的改进有一个和挤压头纵轴线同轴的圆锥形部分,其母线与挤压头纵轴之间形成一个大于45度的角度,心轴在此端的直径不小于喷出口端直径。
2、根据权利要求1所述的挤压膜,其中所述出口端的型芯内有电加热器。
3、根据权利要求1所述的挤压模有一定心装置,此装置利用径向拧入挤压头内的螺钉,使喷嘴与心轴3间的环向间隙均匀,螺钉作用于喷嘴的侧面,使喷嘴可相对于心轴作径向调整。
4、根据权利要求1所述的挤压模,包括一个螺纹调节件,用于纵向调节所述心轴。当轴向调节心轴时,可有效地改变挤压喷口的大小。
5、根据权利要求4所述的挤压模,包括连接装置,例如:键、花键或类似的连接件,连接上述心轴和挤压头,使心轴只能作轴向运动而不能转动。
6、一种生产无缝塑料管特别是具有光滑的内表面和外表面由肋板和槽交替排列而形成的环向加肋管的挤压模,包括:
挤压头有一个中心孔和侧孔,用于输入挤压机压出的热塑性材料;
连接到所述挤压头上的细长的喷嘴,它提供一个沿喷嘴纵向延伸的输料流道,将压出的物料输送到流道出口;
