Abstract

Description

本发明涉及带有可拆卸肢体的玩具人，其中，在两个可拆卸地相互连接在一起的肢体间的联接件包括从躯干突出来的插柱端部上的球头，另一个肢体上有带球窝的凹陷部分容纳插柱，使球头嵌接在球窝中。
这类玩具人已为人知，例如是美国专利1868049。这一现有技术，象后来公知的，试图对玩具人组成可卸联接的努力一样，都因“可拆卸联接”的活动性出现缺点而失败。特别是，由于对可能出现的各种动作没有限制，结果肢体可很容易地处于所有可能的位置，而能把肢体保持在相对于身体的特殊位置上的摩擦力，就因磨损而迅速消失了。因此，玩具人很快变得不能实现自己的目的，即两可拆卸部分由于相互的摩擦力停留在特定的位置。
本发明的目的是提供这类的玩具人，它消除了上述缺点。
这一目的是通过如权利要求1的特征部分所述结构的玩具人来实现的，即凹陷部分是由一对相对的壁面（10，11）来限定，以形成一个附加的，带有弯曲接合面（7）的弹性接合，该面是围绕球头（6）和相接合的躯干（1）之间的插柱（5）的。因为上述两相对壁用作肢体活动的导向面，并且也弹性地挤压上述的接合面，所以也就保持着恒定的摩擦力。结果玩具人的肢体的活动受到明确的限制，但也不是强力的，以致过了很长时间之后，玩具人仍然保持在固定的位置。上述的技术效果特别与臀部接合结构有关，下面描述的实施例实际上就是涉及臀部接合结构的实施例。
权利要求2规定了最佳实施例的细节，其中加粗部分和直径最好大于球头直径，以使元件易于装配。
权利要求3中所限定的特征能使肢体靠近身体本身，权利要求4限定了能把球头保持在球窝中位置的最佳方法。
下面将通过有关附图的实施例的描述，更详细地解释本发明，其中：
图1是本发明玩具人的一个实施例的立体图。
图2与图1相同，但由于拆下左腿，所以可以看见臀部连接球头。

图5是通过本发明臀部连接结构实施例的剖面图。
图1中表示的玩具人包括躯干1，连接在躯干1上的头颅2，胳膊3和腿4，肢体都是可转动地接在躯干1上，而且在所列举的实施例中采用与本发明一致的臀部连接结构。图2表示臀部连接结构包括从躯干上突出的插柱5，在其端部有球头6，插柱5还包括园柱部分7，它用作接合面并且其直径尺寸大于球头6，而直径减小的部分8处于接合面7和球头6之间。
图3表示根据本发明大腿9的立体图，大腿9有一对突出而带有弯曲外沿的相对的壁面（10，11）（见图6），图3中大腿的另一端由膝状连接结构12构成，但没有具体描述。图4是从内部示出图3中的大腿，还表示出孔13能容纳球头6，以及示出半园衬圈14，并且将在图5中更详细地说明衬圈14。
图5是图3和图4中所示大腿9的剖面图。在图5中可以深楚看到壁面11及其弯曲外沿，图5中还用虚线表示出图2中的臀关节球头的位置。这样，将能很清楚地看到臀关节球头是如何装在孔13中的，而且可以知道对可拆卸肢体的附加接合在壁面11的内面（壁面10的相对面）与带有预弹性力的园柱接合面7相接合是怎样形成的，因此腿就能处于相对于躯干的适当固定位置。再有在图4中所示的衬圈14可以清楚地从图5中看出，装在插柱8上相应位置的上述衬圈具有减小的直径，所以球头6不能脱出孔13。这样，腿可以向前和向后转动，并且还可以向侧面抬，受斜壁15限制的上述动作在图4中也可看到。

Claims (4)

1、带有可拆卸肢体的玩具人，其中在两个相互可拆卸地连接肢体(1，9)间的连接件包括：从躯干(1)突出的插柱(5)端部上的球头，并且另一肢体(9)有带有球窝(13)的凹陷部分，用来容纳插柱(5)，以使球头(6)与球窝(13)相嵌接，其特征在于，凹陷部分是由一对相对壁面(10，11)限定的，以形成一个附加的，围绕插柱(5)安置的弯曲接合面(7)的弹性接合，该插柱(5)是在球头(6)和相连接的躯干(1)之间。
2、根据权利要求1所述的玩具人，其特征在于，上述相对壁面（10，11）的接合面（7）是插柱（5）的圆柱体的加粗部分。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的玩具人，其特征在于，朝向上述躯干（1）的相对壁面是随球窝（13）附近的弧度中心而弯曲的。
4、根据权利要求1至3所述的玩具人，其特征在于，一个装在球窝（13）和对着插柱的相对壁面（10，11）之间的半园衬圈（14），被安置在球头（6）和接合面（7）之间。
