Abstract
结构板,由两个呈梳状折叠并彼此以一半间距放置的外板组成,此时折叠腹板形成间隔件,还有将外板端面封闭的垂直于折叠槽所配置的端支承件,此时每个外板(2,3)各以折叠腹板(6)的一半间距交错地置有一个对腹板平行的、横截面呈M形的凹槽(7)以装入相邻外板(3,2)的一个折叠腹板(6)的前缘(9)。
Description
本发明涉及到一种结构板,这种结构板由两个呈梳状折叠并彼此以一半间距交错放置的外板组成,此时折叠腹板形成间隔件,还有将外板端面封闭的垂直于折叠槽配置的端支承件。
具有上述特征的某种用于隔槽的结构板由西德专利说明书DE-PS2516 308已是公知的。此时折叠腹板的各个前缘通过一条纵向焊缝与附加的相对安置的外板连接。这样一种结构型式需要的焊接工作费用较高,并焊接工作也是很累人费时的。此外还使结构板因大量焊缝而有较大的热应力。
本发明所依据的任务是,应用上述现有技术的知识创建一种需要明显少量焊接工作的且较易制造的结构板。
按照本发明所述任务的解决方案,每个外板各以折叠腹板的一半间距交错地置有一个对折叠腹板平行,横截面呈M形的凹槽,以装入相邻外板的一个折叠腹板的前缘。这种结构仅需一小部分迄今仍必要的焊接缝,而这些板件的其余部分则基本上是刚性连接在一起的。与外板上所焊接的端支承件的结合就形成一种在强度和刚性上均极佳的结构板。
按照本发明的结构板可以由钢、轻金属或塑料组成,并按其规格和其材料性质可用于不同的结构措施。结构板也可具有嵌板,例如用发泡材料或混凝土制成,或还有钢筋。结构板还可用已知方式设置装备布线,并且可作为例如在灾区必需迅速建立的建筑物用的结构板。
下面借助于附图示意性地来详述本发明的结构板。附有:图1表示结构板的一个透视图,图2则表示一个示意性横截面图。
由附图可知,本发明的结构板是由竖的导向端部1,例如呈C型的支承件,和与其通过焊接、粘接等方式连接的外板2、3以及与外板焊接的上、下端支承件4、5所组成。
外板由薄的板状材料例如金属板所组成,该板料以梳状折叠而成,即按规律的间距制成折叠腹板6,其高度相当于所规定结构板的厚度。这些由折叠腹板所形成的折叠槽通过端支承件4、5来封闭。而外板是以一半折叠腹板的间距相对交错配置的。腹板因其折叠具有外板2,3壁厚的两倍。
各在两个相邻折叠腹板6间的中间,在外板上各配置一个平行于折叠腹板6呈M形横截面的凹槽7,其中间凹沟部位8可以装入一个对置的外板2或3之折叠腹板6前缘9。折叠腹板6和凹槽7各以一半间距相对交错地配置。
外板2、3的折叠加工,折叠腹板6和凹槽7的刚性交错插接以及外板2、3与端支承件4、5借助于焊接或粘接的连接就使得焊接工作减到最低程度,此外还使结构板很坚固。
用已知方式还可使折叠腹板6具有装置加强管或支承件的空间。另外,在外板2、3之间可设置一种钢筋和/或一种发泡填料,必要时还可设置装备布线。折叠槽可以竖式或横式配置。
借助于导向端部1,结构板可以装到一个支柱或相邻的板上,也可以不用导向端部或必要时用其他连接件来代替。
不用双壁折叠腹板时也可设置并列的单壁腹板,这些单壁腹板不是可拆卸地或不可拆卸地连接在一起,并嵌入到对置外板的凹槽7内。
Claims (5)
1、结构板,由两个呈梳状折叠并彼此以一半间距交错放置的外板组成,此时折叠腹板形成间隔件,还有将外板端面封闭的垂直于折叠槽所配置的端支承件,其特征在于,每个外板(2,3)各以折叠腹板(6)的一半间距交错地置有一个对折叠腹板平行、横截面呈M形的凹槽(7),以装入相邻外板(2,3)的一个折叠腹板(6)的前缘(9)。
2、按权利要求1的结构板,其特征在于,外板(2,3)是由钢板或轻金属板组成的。
3、按权利要求1的结构板,其特征在于,外板(2,3)是由塑料组成的。
4、按权利要求1至3之一的结构板,其特征在于,在外板(2,3)之间设置的钢筋和/或嵌板装有填料。
5、按权利要求1至4之一的结构板,其特征在于,每个外板(2,3)是由另件组装成的,并且这些另件是固定地或可拆卸地连接在一起的。
