Abstract

在从驱动电源向线圈提供间歇信号的线圈驱动回路中,使两极管和电阻与上述线圈并联,设置将驱动电源连接到线圈上的驱动电源连接手段,该手段按间隙信号,且与该间隙信号的反复周期同步地来连接,设置与线圈和上述电阻的连接点相连接的开关回路,将间歇信号加到此开关回路上,设置能够输出使所述电阻短路信号的积分回路,在间歇信号从开关回路向线圈提供期间,使上述电阻短路,防止电阻发热。

Description

本发明是有关加快线圈状态复厚的线圈驱动回路。
一般说,在使驱动中的线圈成为断开时,为清除到断开前为止,在线圈内蓄存起来的能量,把两极管与线圈并联连接。在缝纫机是用线圈来驱动压布板升降的场合,线圈就成为在压布板上升时被驱动,而在下降时被解除驱动。
在进行例如缝上标志的缝制作业等的缝制作业时,每次改变针脚方向时,均有必要使压布上升,改变布料的方向,此时,必要频繁地使压布上升和下降。在此场合,为了提高生产率,希望压布的上升和下降的时间短。其上升的时间是由线圈的特性来决定,由于能够通过向两极管串联地接入电阻,而所述两极管是和线圈相并联,使下降时间加快,故一般是采取这个方法。
由于缝制作业时,压布下降着的时间相对较长,以减低消耗在线圈内的电能为理由,如上所述使压布在上升时被驱动。但是,由于作业的安排等关系,使压布上升的时间变长,其间的线圈被连续通电,会使线圈的发热增大。因此,为了使发热减少,采取了如图2(a)所示,在压布上升完全结束以前,线圈被连续通电,在其后,以能使压布上升状态保持着的充分长的周期内,进行间歇通电的方法。
然而,当向线圈进行间歇通电时,每当使通电断开时,由于在与线圈并列连接着的两极管和电阻的串联电路上有电流流过,因此电阻的发热变大,非应用电功率容量大的电阻不可,为此具有元件的形状变大,而失去了安装上的自由度的同时,使经济性变坏的缺点。
本发明就是为解决这样的问题而进行的,是为了能提供电阻的形状变小的线圈的驱动回路。
为了解决这个缺点,本发明在于使在间歇动作期间,要使与两极管串联连接的电阻短路。
其作用是能抑制电阻的发热。
实施例。
图1为表示本发明的-实施例的回路图。同图中,1为线圈,2为两极管,3为电阻,4为连接线圈驱动电源的线圈驱动电源连接手段,该电源是与反复间歇信号的周期同步地连接在和线圈1并联连接的两极管2和电阻3的连接点与两极管2和线圈1的连接点之间,5为在间歇信号的反复期间,使电阻3短路的开关回路。
驱动电源连接手段4由电源41,电阻42a,42b,晶体管43a,43b组成,开关回路5由电阻51a~51c,两极管52,电容器53,集成电路门(缓冲器)54,晶体管55组成,此外,由电阻51a,51b,电容器53构成积分回路。
在这样构成的回路中,当提供如图2(a)所示的间歇信号时,从时间t1起,电容器53被充电,到时间t2时,其电压大约达到E。因此,从时间t2开始放电,由于集成电路门54的电压阀值约为E/2,因此,为要在时间t3使晶体管55保持导通,若取电阻51a的电阻值为Ra的话,Ra只要满足下式(1)即可。

取时间t5时的电容器53的端电压为E1,两极管52的正向电压为VD,电阻51b的电阻值为Rb,若令Ra>Rb,则在时间t3~时间t4期间的电容器53的端电压Ee形成下式(3)形式。

由式(1)和式(3)得到的51b的值Rb与电阻51a的值Ra相比,为了要至少达到即使存在因两极管52的正向电压VD的影响而引起电压下降,也没有妨碍,有必要满足Ra>Rb的关系。此外,有必要使其下限值比集成电路门54引起关门的界限值大。
当这样构成的回路,供以图2(a)所示的电压时,晶体管43a,43b即按输入的控制信号导通和关闭,然而间歇信号的周期(T)和积分回路的时间常数关系都设定足以保持线圈的动作,即压布上升的值。因此即使压布上升,但线圈1的发热被控制的较低,在提供间歇信号的期间,由于电容器53的端电压超过集成电路门54的阀值电压,故晶体管55成为导通。因此,电阻3因晶体管55而短路,使原来曾产生的间歇信号供给时的发热不再发生。
到了时间t6,在这时间以后,当集成电路门54的输入电压成为其阀值以下时,晶体管55成为不导通,电阻3的短路被解除。因此,线圈1的端电压,如图2(c)所示,到时间t6为止,以两极管2的特性变化着,而在时间t6以后,由于两极管2和电阻成为串联,即如实线所示,将急剧地下降。也就是压布迅速下降。此外,在图2(c)中,点划线为仅使两极管2和线圈1连接时的特性。
如以上所述本发明在控制信号的反复期间,由于用积分回路吸收控制信号的变化,使吸收线圈能量用的电阻短路,从而使线圈动作中的电阻的发热不再产生,并能使用电力容量小的电阻用来吸收线圈能量,从而具有形状变小,安装的自由度变大,与此同时,经济性也好的效果。
对附图的简单说明。
图1为表示本发明的-实施例的回路图,图2为其各部份的波形图,图2(a)表示向线圈提供的间歇信号,图2(b)表示电容器53的电压,图2(c)表示线圈1的端电压,图中时间t2表示使压布上升结束时的时间。

Claims (1)

  1. 在以间歇信号驱动的线圈驱动回路中,其特征在于具备和线圈并联连接的两极管和电阻的串联电路,向两极管和电阻的连接点及两极管和线圈的连接点间以和反复间歇信号的周期同步地连接线圈驱动电源的驱动电源连接手段,把间歇信号加到积分回路上,用此积分回路的输出使电阻短路的开关回路。
