Abstract

一种热熔系压敏胶，由嵌段共聚物(SBS)、松香、松油、磷苯二甲酸二辛脂、防老剂组成。具有无公害、省资源、生产工艺简单、成本低廉等优点，其物理性能达到溶剂型压敏胶水平，可用于制作包装用免水压敏胶纸带、电工绝缘压敏胶带和卫生胶布等品种。

Description

本发明涉及一种热熔系压敏胶。
目前，压敏型胶粘剂仍以橡胶系溶剂型和丙烯酸系溶剂型及乳液型为主（参见《压敏胶技术》一书）。这是因为溶剂系压敏胶较之现有的热熔系压敏胶，具备应用范围广泛的优良物理性能。但由于溶剂型压敏胶中，溶剂含量达50%-70%（以生产一卷免水压敏胶纸带为例，其胶涂覆面积为2.7m2，所需溶剂0.4kg左右）。因此，不仅溶剂消耗量很大，而且污染环境。
本发明的目的是：提供一种无公害、省资源、生产工艺简单、成本低廉，其物理性能能达到溶剂系压敏胶水平的热熔系压敏胶。
本发明的热熔系压敏胶的组分如下：（重量份）
（a）苯乙烯·丁二烯·苯乙烯嵌段共聚物（SBS）    100份
（b）松香    120份
（c）松油    40份
（d）磷苯二甲酸二辛脂    20份
（e）防老剂A    1.6份
防老剂D    3.2份
防老剂H    0.96份
本发明的热熔系压敏胶的生产工艺如下：
首先将b、c、d三种原料加入反应釜中，加温到120℃，然后启动搅拌机，将反应釜中的原料充分搅拌均匀后，升温到180℃，再加入e种原料，搅拌10分钟，在不停搅拌机及恒温180℃±5℃的条件下，加入a种原料，直到熔合均匀后，降温到120℃，将料卸在硅橡胶板上，自然冷却后即成。
按本发明所提供的技术生产的热熔系压敏胶，具有成本低、生产工艺简单、无公害、省资源等优点，其物理性能达到溶剂型压敏胶水平，可用于制作包装用免水压敏胶纸带、电工绝缘压敏胶带和卫生胶布等品种。

  1. 一种热熔系压敏胶，其特征在于该压敏胶的组分为：(重量份)苯乙烯·丁二烯·苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)100份
    松香120份
    松油40份
    磷苯二甲酸二辛脂20份
    防老剂A1.6份
    防老剂D3.2份
    防老剂H0.96份。
