Abstract

Description

本发明涉及到一个用于测量真空炉内300~1300℃范围内的温度的、由一个热电偶和一个防护管组成的一种热电元件。
真空炉内的温度通常由热电元件来监控,这些热电元件是由一个热电偶(一般是铂/铂铑)和一个防护管组成。防护管由陶瓷材料,特别是铝氧化物制作。由于测量或控制真空炉内温度要取决于防护管的壁厚和温度范围,防护管延迟了在热电偶上的温度测定。这种在温度示数上的延迟会出现相当大的误差数值,特别是在300~600℃的温度范围内。此外,人们已发现干扰电压很容易地传给带有非金属的防护管的热电元件,使得整个测量系统失效。
因此,本发明的目的是改进用于测量真空炉内300~1300℃范围内的温度的、由一个热电偶和一个防护管组成的一种热电元件,这种改进的热电元件可用于非常快速的温度检测,甚至在较低的炉温下也是如此。此外它能受到保护以抗干扰电压。
根据本发明,防护管由石英玻璃组成,将接地金属导线螺旋地缠绕在防护管上,即可达到上述目的。
最好是在防护管上的每厘米长度上缠绕1~5圈导线,该导线是与防护管直接接触的。
因为石英玻璃可透过光和红外线辐射,在低温情况下,较弱的热辐射同样能快速地传给热电偶,从而与采用一般陶瓷防护管的热电元件相比,能更快地检测到真空炉中的温度,并且测量更加准确。
螺旋地缠绕在防护管上的接地金属导线保护热电元件以抵抗炉内的电干扰,而不影响防护管对辐射的可透性。镍-铬,钼和铂是制作导线的良好材料,选材取决于要检测的温度。
根据本发明的热电元件的一个实施方式可借助于下列具有参考附图的实例来进行描述。
热电偶由一个由石英玻璃组成的防护管组成,这个防护管给热电偶(3)提供一个传导介质。金属导线(4)被螺旋地缠绕在防护管(1)上,而防护管被固定在一个保持架(5)内,金属导线(4)接地(6)。

Claims (2)

1、用于测量真空炉内300~1300℃范围内的温度的、由一个热电偶和一个防护管组成的热电元件,其特征在于防护管由石英玻璃组成,而一根接地金属导线被螺旋地缠绕在防护管上。
2、根据权利要求1的热电元件,其特征在于在防护管上,每厘米长度上绕有1~5圈导线。
