Abstract

本发明属于直接将化学能转变为电能的新型高容量硅胶蓄电池。它由硫酸、硅酸钠、椰子核粉混合而成,并采用玻璃丝纤维作电极隔板。前者最佳比例为1∶1∶0.006。经试验证明,本发明使极板活性物质利用率达到50~60%,充电时间短(减少2倍),放电时间长、容量大,寿命延长1~2倍,体积缩小1倍,其在高温50℃和低温-50℃时性质稳定,对设备仪器无腐蚀,是各类电能装置理想的蓄电池。

Description

本发明属于直接将化学能转变为电能的方法和装置。
已有的蓄电池为硫酸铅液体蓄电池,其缺点是充电程序繁锁、时间长,容量小,寿命短。由于液体易溅出,酸雾大、腐蚀设备,携带不便。特别用在矿灯照明时,如果过于倾斜,电解液就流出腐蚀衣物及皮肤。也有用硫酸、水溶硅酸钠制成的硅胶蓄电池,虽然其电解液呈无味胶冻状,不腐蚀设备,但由于硫酸对电极板的活性物质有极强的腐蚀力,硫酸比重过高,极板活性物质就会脱落,因此,组成硅胶蓄电池的硫酸比重只能在1.26以下,使极板活性物质利用率仅在30-50%;另外,由于其隔板是塑料和橡胶的,微孔率低,吸水性差,就限制了导电介质的传递,降低了蓄电池的容量和寿命。本发明从材料成份的选择及配比上解决了这些问题。本发明经初步检索,具有新颖性。
本发明的特点在于采用玻璃丝纤维作电极隔板,以保证电解质正常传递;蓄电池硅胶体除三级纯硫酸及硅酸钠外,还有椰子核粉。这三种物质以高纯水混合,使胶体中硫酸比重得以提高。其配比按重量比为硫酸(比重为1.48~1.58)∶硅酸钠(比重1.05~1.09)∶椰子核粉为0.5~1.5∶0.5~1.5∶0.004~0.008;其最佳配比重量比为1∶1∶0.006。
经试验证明,本发明使极板活性物质科用率高达50~60%,充电时间短(减少2倍),放电时间长,容量大,体积缩小二分之一,寿命延长1~2倍。并且本硅胶蓄电池在高温50℃和低温-50℃时性质稳定,不腐蚀设备,价格低廉是各种启动型、固定型,医用、军用、民用、船舶、飞机、通讯照明等电能装置的理想蓄电池。

Claims (5)

1、一种直接将化学能转变为电能的硅胶蓄电池,其特征在于除硫酸和硅酸钠之外还混有椰子核粉,其配比按重量比为硫酸(比重1.48~1.58)∶硅酸钠(比重1.05~1.09)椰子核粉为0.5~1.5∶0.5~1.5∶0.004~0.008。
2、如权利要求1所述的硅胶蓄电池,其隔板由玻璃丝纤维制成。
3、如权利要求1所述的硅胶蓄电池,其最佳配比重量比为硫酸(比重1.48~1.58)∶硅酸钠(比重1.05~1.09)∶椰子核粉为1∶1∶0.006。
4、如权利要求1所述的硅胶蓄电池,其硅胶体中的硫酸为三级纯。
5、如权利要求1所述的硅胶蓄电池,其硅胶体的稀释溶剂为高纯水。
