Abstract

Description
公知的圆形或多角形截面的平底罐具有一套提升粉料或屑料的装置。该公知的取料装置具有一位于平底上的滑动框架,该支架连结几个向上开口的槽,这些槽与平底平行并配有输送螺杆。
上述的取料装置以如下方式作业。平底上的滑动框架把料刮起直至使其落入某个向上开口的槽中,然后输送螺杆把料推至位于罐的平底下部边缘的出口处。
本发明的目的在于改装已有的这种罐,以便使它能用作为无氧发酵反应罐。
根据发明,该罐的特征在于,一方面它以顶盖进行密封,顶盖至少有一个口与进料管相通,以便输入进行无氧发酵的物料,一个口与发酵时产生的气体的出气管相通,另一方面滑动框架的活塞或推动杆以及输送螺杆轴均包有密封垫,最后的特征在于装有输送螺杆的槽至少与一个排料槽相接,排料槽的截面在出料口一端变窄,槽中安有朝向出口的输送螺杆,但是又没有到达出口,在截面变窄的出料槽部分,出口处形成一团致密度足够大的发酵料,以阻止在无氧发酵时产生的气体从排料槽的出口处逸出。
参照附图所表示的实施例对本发明作以下说明。附图的图1和图2分别表示主视图和俯视图的剖视图。
在图1和图2中,发酵罐由平底(1)、侧壁(2)和顶盖(3)所组成。在顶盖上,一个中心口与一个发酵时产生的气体的出气管(4)相通,而其它口与进料管(5)相连接。以便加入待无氧发酵的物料。这些进料管由末予表示的一个或几个混凝土泵式的泵供料。由于依靠泵来运送待进行发酵的物料,故物料在进料管(5)中达到了足够的致密度,以致能阻止所产生的气体由进料管(5)中逸出。如果几个进料管(5)与顶盖(3)的不同部位相接,就可以安装一种设备(图中末表示),以便把物料轮流地送至不同的进料管(5),从而保障新料和再循环的物料在反应罐上部有一合理分布。为了把已发酵的料从罐底排出,滑动框架(6)在那里做往复运动。为了保障可靠的刮料,框架(6)由角式横樑组成,横樑是这样定位的,即使其垂直于罐底的平面对着槽(7)的侧边。这些取料槽装有输送螺杆,并与安装在罐的一侧的排料槽(9)相通。
在靠近排料槽(9)的出口处,至少该槽的一部分的截面越来越窄。在排料槽(9)的内部,也装有朝向排料槽(9)出口处的输送螺杆(10)。螺杆(10)的尾端位于排料槽(9)的截面向出口处越变越窄的部位,但未伸到该出口处,于是,就在这未到出口处的部位中形成一团发酵的料。
显然可以使用一种输送螺杆(10),其螺距沿轴向可以变化,尤其是从其尾端处螺距变短,即排料槽变窄处和应形成一团致密度足够大的发酵料处,以避免发酵氣体从排料槽(9)的出口处逸出。螺栓(10)上游处的上部空间,即与排料槽(9)出口处相反的一端可以通过一个适当的管道(11)与顶盖处的气体出口管(4)相联结。此外,排料槽(9)最好的是倾斜的,以便把在那里的发酵料推向高处,而在压缩成团的发酵料时所脱出的液体则流向下方,在这里可安装一个清洗装置(12),它或间歇式进行动作,或连续式进行动作。此外,排料槽(9)的出口端,在输送螺杆(10)停止作业阶段时可以通过一个图中未予表示出的关闭闸得以封闭。框架(6)被固定在一个或几个推动杆(13)上,而推动杆则由一个或几个动力装置例如液压千斤顶(14)所带动。
这些推动杆(13)穿过发酵罐之处安置了密封垫(15),以避免罐中所形成的气体沿着这些推动杆(13)逸出。
这样的密封垫也安置在螺杆轴(8)或(10)的出口处。
在每一个推动杆从发酵罐中伸出的出口处都装有密封垫(15)。根据图3,它包括位于两个密封垫(17)和(18)之间的一个筛,它还备有一个补充密封垫(19),该垫在推动杆(13)运动时不起作用,并配有夹紧装置(20)。这样的密封垫(19)通过夹紧装置(20)作用于推动杆(13),使之在停顿时代替密封垫(17)和(18)。同样的密封垫装置也可用来安置在输送螺杆轴(8)或(10)脱出气体封闭区的地方,即发酵罐和槽(7)和(9)。但是,由于在输送螺杆轴(8)和(10)附近回转的密封垫受到比较轻微的磨损,因此,节省密封垫(19)和它的夹紧装置(20)是可能的。
各种密封垫装置(15)的筛通过管道(21)和出气管(4)相联结。同样,在出口附近堆积物的上方排料槽(9)的空间是通过管道(11)与管道(4)相联结的。这样就可避免局部压力过大而导致发酵气体向外逸出。
正如槽(9)那样,每个筛(16)也可装有一个清洗装置(22),它或是连续运转,或是间歇运转。
Claims (6)
1、平底罐具有一个取料装置,该装置由位于平底的滑动框架组成,它至少与一个开口朝上的槽(7)相联结,与平底相平行并装有输送螺杆(8),其特征在于罐一方面由顶盖(3)密封,顶盖至少有一个口与输入要进行无氧发酵物料的进料管(5)相通,和一个口与排出发酵时产生的气体的出气管(4)相通。另一方面至少有一个滑动框架(6)的推动杆(13)和输送螺杆轴(8和10)包有密封垫装置,最后装有输送螺杆(8)的槽(7)至少与一个排料槽(9)相接,排料槽的截面在出料口一端变窄,槽中安有朝向出口的输送螺杆,但是又没有到达出口。在截面变窄的排料槽部分形成一团致密度足够大的发酵料,以防止排料槽出口处逸出在无氧发酵时产生的气体。
2、根据权利要求1,该罐的特征在于密封垫装置在两个密封垫之间有一个筛(16)和该筛(16)通过一个管(21)和排料槽(4)相联结。
3、根据权利要求2,该罐的特征在于密封垫装置还包括一个位于推动杆(13)伸出罐外出口处的和备有夹紧装置(20)的密封垫(19)。
4、根据权利要求1、2或3,该罐的特征在于封闭其出口的团料上方的排料槽(9)的空间是通过管道(11)和排气管(4)相联结的。
5、根据前面的权利要求之一,该罐的特征在于排料槽(9)包含一个清洗装置(12)。
6、根据权利要求2和3之一,该罐的特征在于每个筛(16)具有一个清洗装置(22)。
