Description

本发明涉及一种用于燃气轮机的燃料喷咀,特别涉及一种专用于燃气轮机的雾化燃料喷咀。
一般,通过将燃料带压地经一个小注流孔喷入到空气流中,从而将燃气轮机的燃料在一个油喷咀中雾化。空气流一般会产生旋涡,绕喷咀外圆旋转,这样就改善了燃料及空气的雾化和混合。这一喷射操作的不同状况常常引起喷咀中生成沉积物,这些沉积物来自所供空气,並且,这些沉积物将会阻碍空气流过喷咀。另外,由于供给喷咀某一部分的油处于某一温度下,而环绕喷咀另一部分的空气处在与之不同的温度下,这一油、气间的温度差会造成喷咀各部件间的温度差。
在运转的燃气轮机中,环绕空气一般处于高温,而燃料处于相对低温,喷咀的不同部件经受不同的温度,这一不同的温度产生于开启和关断期间,並且造成喷咀各部件不同的膨胀,从而引起这些部件之间相对运动。在运转温度下,这一不同的膨胀稳定住,其结果是,直至关机,喷咀的处于转折点的两个部件维持分离状态。分离表面暴露到燃烧室内部,引起了该表面的点蚀,这就要求在燃气轮机的每一次开动期间在该表面上必须形成密封。
根据本发明,一种用于燃气轮机的燃料喷咀,由如下部件组成:一个内管,其端部支承着一个喷咀头,该内管有一个中心注流孔,用于注入带压的燃料,一个外管,环绕着所述内管,外管端部支承着一个旋涡帽,在帽上有多个通道,空气经由这些通道带压地注入到来自上述中心注流孔的燃料流中,旋涡帽上还有一个中心孔,喷咀头与该中心孔相配合,以及,使所述喷咀头和旋涡帽维持弹性接触的机构。
这种喷咀的处于转折点的部件可方便地通过弹簧加载而相互连接在一起,这一连接是可拆卸的。可拆卸的特点有利于清理各部件,弹簧的加载可保持各部件之间有大致不变的力,这样,就减少了点蚀现象以及随之而来的不良雾化和不良燃烧。
下面,通过举例並参照附图对本发明进行说明,其中:
图1为根据本发明的油喷咀剖面图;
图2为根据本发明的、示出另一种结构形式的油喷咀剖面图。
图1示出一种按常规方式成形並作出的、喷咀的燃料供给部分,该部分通过与管子3相连的一个中心注流孔2接收燃料油。一个喷咀头4以螺纹形式与管子3的端部相连接,並通过衬垫5在该处密封。一个非常精细的开孔6穿过喷咀头,形成燃料油的通路。
雾化空气通过注流孔7供给喷咀,注流孔7与环绕着管子3的腔体8相连通。一个管子9在其内表面和管子3的外表面之间形成一个环形通路10,这一通路与腔体8相连,並将雾化空气导向喷咀上部。
一个旋涡帽11以螺纹形式与管子9的上部相连接,並通过一个锁紧垫圈12锁定在该处。旋涡帽11的上端有一个锥形孔,该孔与喷咀头4上部截锥体精密相符,以便形成密封,当帽11和管子9通过螺纹相连接时,该锥形孔与喷咀头4的表面保持稳固的啮合。在旋涡帽的上端有数个通道13,以便使空气通过它们从环形通道10流出,引入到燃料从喷咀头喷出进行雾化的区域。
管子9通过一个夹持环14、预载环15、以及一个锥形盘簧16保持在本体1上,盘簧16可由一层或多层锥形盘簧组成,其内径相应于管子9的外经;而其外径则比本体1的孔稍小。盘簧16的精加工的内圆及外圆在管子9及本体1之间形成了密封。本体1上的凸缘、衬垫17、以及管子9上的凸缘共同形成了腔体8的上壁。诸如螺栓22之类的止动螺栓将喷咀安装在燃烧室中。
本装置的组装如下:将油喷咀头4装到管子3上,将旋涡帽11装到管子9上,使管子9套在管子3的外面,将盘簧16穿过管子9降下,使之与本体1的上开口相配合,使预载环15穿过管子9及啮合的夹持环14下落。
选定预载环的尺寸,並将其置位,以便使旋涡帽11对喷咀头4预先加载一个特定的力,这一力的产生是由于,当喷咀本体1被螺栓22拧入其工作位置时锥形盘簧16的压紧所致。
在燃气轮机运转期间,带压燃油被引入注流孔2,雾化空气也被带压地引入到注流孔7。当燃烧室内部温度升高时,管子9的温度升高,而管子3则由于燃料油穿过其内通道而维持较低的温度,这就引起了管子9与管子3不同程度的膨胀。由于这两个管子具有温度差和长度差,通过锥形盘簧16的偏移,在喷咀头4和旋涡帽11之间维持一个力的作用;关于盘簧16,它已提供了一个预载荷,同时还允许喷咀头4和旋涡帽11在其下端相对运动,而在其上端维持大体不变的作用力。
当需要清理喷咀时,可容易地拆掉螺栓22以及喷咀的空气部分,即外管9和旋涡帽11,从而将环形腔10露出来,对喷咀进行彻底的清理。同时还可以彻底清理旋涡帽中的通道13。如果需要的话,还可以方便地从管子3上拆掉喷咀头4,以便清理管子3的内表面。
图2示出本发明的另一实施例。其中,相同的部件以相同的图号表示。可以看到,在本实施例中,管子9对本体1之间的密封不是通过盘簧16的精加工圆周面实现的,而是通过一个垫圈18来达到的。管子9通过弹簧19可伸缩地保持在本体1上,弹簧19的数目是6个,並在管子9的底座上的柱形凹槽中环绕着管子9均匀配置。
弹簧19的上端顶住燃烧室盖板21,本体1通过几个螺栓22连接到该燃烧室盖板上。
本装置的组装如前述,油喷咀头4装在管子3上,旋涡帽11装在管子9上,管子9套装在管子3的外边等。现在,弹簧19置位于它们各自的凹槽20中。该组合件通过螺栓连接到盖板21上。由于螺栓22为倒置态,故其压紧弹簧19,使旋涡帽11对喷咀头4施加预载荷。
如图1所示实施例一样,图2所示喷咀也可方便地拆卸清理,其弹性机构,在本例中即弹簧19,将喷咀头及旋涡帽保持接触在一起,但又允许管子3和管子9有不同程度的膨胀。

Claims (6)

1、一种用于燃气轮机的燃料喷咀,其特征在于,它由如下各部件构成:一个内管,其端部支承着一个喷咀头,该内管有一个中心注流孔,用于注入带压的燃料,一个外管,环绕着所述内管,外管端部支撑着一个旋涡帽,帽上有多个通道,空气经由这些通道带压地注入到来自上述中心注流孔的燃料流中,上述旋涡帽还有一个中心孔,喷咀头与该中心孔相配合,以及,使所述喷咀头和旋涡帽保持弹性接触的机构。
2、根据权利要求1的燃料喷咀,其特征在于,所述旋涡帽的中心孔为圆锥形,所述喷咀头具有与该锥形中心孔相配合、並基本与之相符合的圆锥形的外表面。
3、根据权利要求2的燃料喷咀,其特征在于,穿过上述外管和内管之间的环形通道向喷咀供应所用空气。
4、根据权利要求3的燃料喷咀,其特征在于,所述喷咀头可拆卸地连接在内管上。
5、根据权利要求1~4中任一项的燃料喷咀,其特征在于,所述旋涡帽5可拆卸地连接在外管上。
6、一种用于燃气轮机的、根据实用构成的燃料喷咀,其特征与前面参照附图所作的说明基本相同。
