Abstract

本发明可避免汽车的中、后轮直接轧过人体，使不慎跌入车底下的人，利用车辆的惯性，先接触到的是乳胶海绵安全辊，并由于辊筒旋转作用而使人体被推出车外，正象撑杆运动员从高空跳落在厚海绵上一样不会受伤。它可作为附加件安装在车辆的中、后轮下，不必对车辆进行任何改动，也不影响车辆行驶性能和灵活性。维护保养方便，所涉及技术领域是一般机械加工产品和橡胶(乳胶)海绵制品。

Description

本发明是这样实现的：安装在汽车的轮胎前，由于安全辊的斜面夹角与轮胎的轨迹吻合，所以当在轨迹范围内时，都能有效地将物体推出。由于滚筒的自转，可减少对物体的冲击力，人体在撞到海绵体上时，也不会被强力弹出来，而只会被轻轻地推出车外，正象撑杆运动员从高空跳落在厚海绵垫上一样不会受伤。它可以作为附加件安装在车辆的轮胎下，不必对车辆进行任何改动，也不影响车辆的行驶和灵活性，维护保养方便。
下面结合附图说明本发明的具体装置：
主体〔1〕是中心主轴，轴端安装单向推力轴承，〔7〕以承受整个辊筒的重量，又能使其灵活转动。在主轴中端由轴瓦〔3〕〔4〕挡住。〔4〕和〔8〕里面是压缩弹簧〔2〕，在〔2〕的外面用（橡胶）乳胶海绵〔5〕、〔6〕包满整个辊筒起缓冲作用。在中心主轴〔1〕下端接地处有一钢球〔10〕和钢球盖板〔9〕，万一路面高低不平时，可使安全辊起上下伸缩的作用。在地面滑行，避免损坏安全辊。待轮胎离开凹坑后，由于海绵体〔5〕的作用和安全辊本身自重将自动恢复原状。
安全辊与车厢成20～35度夹角，视轮胎量而定。以能直线盖住轮胎的轮迹为准。安全辊之间的距离为15毫米左右。钢球〔10〕距地面越近则效果越好，但要视道路的平整情况而定。当人体倒入车底轮胎前面时，安全辊的海绵首先接触人体，起缓冲防护作用。它利用车辆的惯性将人推出车外。
该项发明是在轮胎式汽车的中、后轮前，安装后可避免轮胎直接压过人体，减少城市中的交通事故和伤亡人数。它适合于在平坦的道路上行驶的汽车。在人多、车拥、道狭的情况下，由于碰撞和路面滑跌等原因，行人一旦跌进，滑入旁边正在行驶的汽车中、后轮下，这时能有效地将人推出轮胎外，可减少伤亡，同时车辆也不需要紧急制动，可避免车厢内乘坐人员的意外碰撞。

Claims (1)

1、本发明是一种车辆安全装置，是一个直立式的可旋转的外包海绵缓冲体的辊筒，安装在轮胎前，其特征是：
a、主体[1]用45号园钢做主轴、轴端装轴承既能承受整个辊筒的重量，又能灵活转动，在主轴中端由轴瓦[3]、[4]挡住。[4]和[8]里面是压缩弹簧[2]。
b、外面用园型橡胶海绵包满，在辊筒的[5]、[6]范围内任何一点均为缓冲体，与内壳塑成一体。
