一种除去盐卤中所含铅的方法。以石灰为主沉淀剂,其添加量使盐卤的pH值上升到8-10,可以添加镁盐或絮凝剂。在常温下经加入沉淀剂、搅拌、澄清、过滤将铅除去。净化的盐卤含铅量可小于10-4千克/立方米。本法操作容易,设备简单,除铅率高,成本低,无二次污染。

Description

本发明是除去盐卤中所含铅的方法。
某些氯化钠型盐矿,因特殊的地质因素,使用该矿石溶解制取的盐卤含有10-3千克/立方米左右的铅。用该盐卤制取的食盐含铅2-6ppM,超过中华人民共和国GB2721-81食盐卫生标准和GB5461-85食盐标准允许的含铅量。已公知的盐卤除铅方法一是添加碳酸钠,使铅呈碳酸铅沉淀除去,虽效果较好,但耗用碳酸钠较多,成本过高;二是“离子交换法”,盐卤含铅可降低到3×10-4千克/立方米以下,但投资过大,成本较高。
本发明的目的是提供一种除铅率高、成本低、无二次污染的盐卤除铅方法,以使用净化后的盐卤制取的食盐含铅量低于1ppM,符合国家食盐标准。
本发明的要点是以石灰为主沉淀剂,使铅呈氢氧化铅与氢氧化镁一起产生共沉淀,经澄清、过滤将盐卤中的铅除去。具体做法是:在常温下将计量的含铅盐卤引入快速澄清器,添加计量的石灰,使盐卤的pH值上升到8-10,经搅拌均匀,维持作用1-3分钟,经快速澄清,流入澄清池,最后经过滤得净化盐卤。所用的石灰可以是氧化钙、氢氧化钙、石灰乳或氢氧化钙的饱和溶液,最好是浓度为10-40%体积重量百分比的石灰乳。石灰的加入量由除铅效果选定,最佳量是维持盐卤的pH值在7.5-8.5之间。盐卤中一般含有足量的镁离子,本发明只需向盐卤中添加石灰即可实现。若盐卤中含镁离子小于0.15千克/立方米,则可添加镁盐,如氯化镁、硫酸镁,也可添加氢氧化镁或氧化镁,使盐卤含镁离子大于0.15千克/立方米。也可添加絮凝剂,如碱式氯化铝、明矾、氯化铁。
本发明操作容易,设备简单,除铅率高,净化的盐卤含铅量可小于10-4千克/立方米;所用的石灰价廉而来源广,安全无毒,因而成本低,无二次污染。
本发明用于含铅1.02×10-3千克/立方米、含镁离子2.17千克/立方米的10-3立方米盐卤,添加石灰乳1.25×10-6立方米,搅拌1.5分钟,静置澄清1小时,过滤,净化盐卤含铅5×10-5千克/立方米。

Claims (3)

1、一种除去盐卤中所含铅的方法,在常温下经添加沉淀剂、搅拌、澄清、过滤等工序,其特征在于以石灰为主沉淀剂,该石灰可以是氧化钙、氢氧化钙、石灰乳或氢氧化钙的饱和溶液,其添加量使盐卤的PH值上升到8-10。
2、按权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于石灰乳的浓度为10-40%体积重量百分比,其添加量维持盐卤的pH值在7.5-8.5之间。
3、按权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于当盐卤中镁离子含量小于0.15千克/立方米时,可以添加镁盐,如氯化镁、硫酸镁或氢氧化镁、氧化镁,其添加量使盐卤含镁离子量大于0.15千克/立方米。
