为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种用于驾驶模拟器的转向机构,它主要包括方向轴,方向轴外部套接有方向轴管,方向轴一端套接有滚动轴承,其特征在于:滚动轴承,一侧设有推力轴承,推力轴承的另一侧设有轴承盖,轴承盖连接有传动轴,传动轴靠近中部处套接有滑动螺母,在滑动螺母的中心轴孔一侧设有导向轴,传动轴一端位于轴承盖处,其另一端套接有大同步带轮,大同步带轮通过同步带与小同步带轮相连接,小同步带轮的中轴与电机相连接。
本实用新型公开了一种用于驾驶模拟器的转向机构,其结构简单合理、操作灵便、传动方式简单实用,制造成本低,工作状态稳定,完全克服了现有技术中的不足之处,便于推广应用。

本实用新型为一种用于驾驶模拟器的转向机构,如图1中所示,它主要包括方向轴1,方向轴1外部套接有方向轴管3,方向轴1一端套接有滚动轴承4,其区别于现有技术在于:滚动轴承4,一侧设有推力轴承5,推力轴承5的另一侧设有轴承盖6,轴承盖连接有传动轴9,传动轴9靠近中部处套接有滑动螺母7,在滑动螺母7的中心轴孔一侧设有导向轴8,传动轴9一端位于轴承盖6处,其另一端套接有大同步带轮10,大同步带轮10通过同步带13与小同步带轮14相连接,小同步带轮14的中轴与电机15相连接,方向轴管3的端部设有挡圈2,挡圈能起到限位作用。
