技术领域:本实用新型涉及砼防渗墙造槽机械装置技术领域,更具体的讲是振动沉模冲头装置。
背景技术:现有模板对紧密砂层下沉速度慢,下沉磨阻力大严重影响了施工进度,增加了施工成本。
发明内容:为克服上述缺点,本实用新型的目的是设计一种振动沉模冲头装置。它的技术方案为:模板体3下部内有滑套8,滑套8内有连接着振头活门1的滑杆7,模板体3边沿有导向槽2,模板体3中部有筋板4,在模板体3之间的筋板4上有导流孔6,模板体3上部有夹板5;其特征是:模板体3下部与支架12固定连接相通,支架12内装有射水管11,集水导向槽13与支架12固定连接相通,设置在模板体3内的进水管10一端连接射水管11,其另一端连接水泵9。该实用新型的优点是:结构设计合理实用,构思巧妙新颖,使用该振动沉模冲头装置使紧密砂层通过高压射水松软漂浮有利于泥砂沿模板上升置换,在紧密砂层中提高模板下沉速度三倍,工效大大提高加速防渗墙成墙速度和效率,降低了施工成本。

具体实施方式:模板体3下部内有滑套8,滑套8内有连接着振头活门1的滑杆7,模板体3边沿有导向槽2,模板体3中部有筋板4,在模板体3之间的筋板4上有导流孔6,模板体3上部有夹板5;其特征是:模板体3下部与支架12固定连接相通,支架12内装有射水管11,集水导向槽13与支架12固定连接相通,设置在模板体3内的进水管10一端连接射水管11,其另一端连接水泵9。模板下沉,同时启动水泵9,水从进水管10进入射水管11向地层射水,一面射水,一面下沉,射的水集中在集水导向槽13中,冲起的泥砂从模板内外上升置换排到地表。沉到一定设计高程后,停水泵9,灌注水泥砂浆,模板内灌满砂浆后,提模板,然后边提升模板边注浆直至地表。
