本实用新型涉及一种电磁波预热烘干装置,具体地说是用于单面瓦楞机,瓦楞纸板生产线在生产过程中原纸在成型、复合前的烘干装置,属于包装机械领域。其主要采用加热预热滚筒通过联系梁装在墙板上,在墙板上安装过桥导纸辊、电磁波加热组、主动齿轮,传动齿轮安装在预热滚筒上。本实用新型结构简单、紧凑,合理;由于采用电磁波原理,能使预热烘干滚筒在短时间内便升至所需温度,与传统加热方式相比只用了不到十分之一的时间,提高了生产效率;操作简便,直接可控档量,节约能源;环保,与传统加热相比,电磁波无环境污染,可直接对纸张的面幅、宽度调试与控制。

本实用新型涉及一种电磁波预热烘干装置,具体地说是用于单面瓦楞机,瓦楞纸板生产线在生产过程中原纸在成型、复合前的烘干装置,属于包装机械领域。
背景技术
本实用新型作出以前,在已有技术中,对原纸进行烘干的方式有多种。如:蒸汽、高温导热油、液化石油气、电加热管……等。蒸汽与导热油的加热方式最为复杂,它们需要安装锅炉、供给系统及操作控制系统,结构繁多、操作不便,且锅炉还有废气排放,对环境不利。液化石油气和电热管虽结构系统简单,但消耗过大,一台单面瓦楞纸板机往往需要几十上百个千瓦来供应,能源消耗大且不能控制面幅的大小,加热过程中能量损耗大,停机后残余热量多,需要几小时冷却,能源浪费。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足之处,从而提供一种采用电磁波原理,使预热烘干滚筒在短时间内便升至所需温度;能源消耗少,电磁波无环境污染;可直接对纸张的面幅,宽度调试与控制,直接可控档量,能提高生产效率,操作简便的电磁波预热烘干装置。
本实用新型的主要解决方案是这样实现的:
本实用新型主要通过电磁波加热组安装在预热辊筒旁,加热预热滚筒通过联系梁安装在墙板上,在墙板上安装过桥导纸辊、电磁波加热组、主动齿轮,传动齿轮安装在预热滚筒上。
本实用新型过桥导纸辊安装在墙板上,可做圆周360度调整。
本实用新型电磁波加热组安装在墙板上,可做圆周360度摆放。
本实用新型与已有技术相比具有以下优点:

下面本实用新型将结合附图中的实施例作进一步描述:
本实用新型主要由电磁波加热组1、联系梁2、墙板3、过桥导纸辊4、预热辊筒5、传动齿轮6、主动齿轮7等组成。
本实用新型采用联系梁2通过螺钉安装在墙板3上,预热滚筒5通过轴承安装在墙板3上,过桥导纸辊4通过轴承安装在墙板3上,可做圆周360度调整,电磁波加热组1通过螺钉安装在墙板3上,可做圆周360度摆放,传动齿轮6,通过平键安装在预热滚筒5上,主动齿轮7通过短轴安装在墙板3上。
本实用新型工作原理及过程:
本发明通过驱动主动齿轮7将动力转至传动齿轮6,通过传动齿轮6上的平键,带动预热滚筒5转动,同时启动电磁波加热组1,使预热滚筒5表面升温,纸张经过桥导纸辊4送入,再从预热辊5上绕过,再由过桥导纸辊4输出,送入单瓦机或生产线,纸张在经过预热滚筒5表面时,被加热的预热滚筒预热并且纸张的水分也经烘干,从而完成预热、烘干的整个工作过程。

1、一种电磁波预热烘干装置,其特征是加热预热滚筒(5)通过联系梁(2)安装在墙板(3)上,在墙板(3)上安装过桥导纸辊(4)、电磁波加热组(1)、主动齿轮(7),传动齿轮(6)安装在预热滚筒(5)上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的电磁波预热烘干装置,其特征在于所述的过桥导纸辊(4)可做圆周360度调整。
3、根据权利要求1所述的电磁波预热烘干装置,其特征在于所述的电磁波加热组(1)可做圆周360度摆放。
